Joseph is knowledgeable, professionally trained, and honest. As an elderly woman with limited car knowledge, I was concerned about a knocking sound in the front wheels. A previous mechanic said that I needed a new differential and transmission, and claimed both front and back brakes were 20% worn. However, Joseph's inspection revealed the wheel bearing needed replacing, the back brakes were at 90%, and only the front brakes required service. Furthermore, the prior mechanic had neglected to replace a dust plug, which Joseph promptly addressed at no charge. The car now runs quietly and perfectly.
