I highly recommend Precision Performance Automotive Shop, for all vehicle maintenance and repairs. They do fast work and have fair and honest price quotes. Owner Trey Tamez and mechanic Josh are professional, very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They have previously performed work on my 2004 Ford Expedition in the past. The latest occasion was on April 23, 2025 for Spark Plugs replacement, Serpentine Drive Belt replacement, and for diagnosis of a Fuel odor outside the vehicle.

So please with the service I received at Precision Performance. I went to get a tune up for my 2013 Buick encore. Trey informed me with honesty the price of what it would cost me and kept his word. I got quotes and found this shop to be the cheapest and has a 5 star reviews. Joshua was very professional as well Trey. A hidden shop with no company sign outside property but when you find it, its a treasure. It's performance says it all. I will definitely start taking my vehicles to this shop. And will recommend this shop to all my love ones and friends.

Trey is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received at Precision Performance. We went for AC repair and some additional repairs. Trey took the time by informing us about the price of what it would cost, parts and labor. I just went online saw all the 5⭐️ and said this is the place. The other mechanic (my apologies didn’t get his name) was very professional as well and he also worked on our truck. We will definitely be returning for future work on our vehicles. We highly recommend Precison Performance!

I paid over $1000 to have work done and my van is still having the same noises and my tire rod came out of the wheel while I was driving after getting work done here and they are lucky I didn't drive on the freeway because like I said the tire rod came out of the tire and my van stopped in the middle of the road on Gollihar and I am currently pregnant and I had my four year old with me stuck on the side of the road when that happened. I feel so very lucky I didn't go on the freeway because that is a very serious thing that happened. We could have gotten really hurt or worse. I took it back today to see why the boot on the side they fixed was leaking and they never mentioned to me that it had a leak. I called up there in the evening to see if they looked at it but their phone went straight to voicemail twice and when I went back to pick it up it was still in the same spot sideways like I parked it and they lied and said they couldn't finish it in one day and one guy said he looked at it then the other guy said no I didn't. And it was just a whole lot of back and forth. It was very confusing and very unprofessional. I just can't believe I spent so much money and things didn't go the way they should have. Very expensive lesson learned. Update: I tried calling them with the phone going straight to voicemail twice like last time, and I also sent a message through their website before 11 am the day prior with a message saying they will get back to me within 24 hours with no response. Another update: Got a hold of the owner and he stated that it wasn't even him who acknowledged me on this Google review and that it is AI. He stated he has no idea what goes on with his Google reviews. He started arguing with me and I had to tell him that I wasn't trying to argue, but to please send me an invoice of what was done on my vehicle. My fault for not getting one in the first place.
