The gentleman at the desk was professional and courteous. Even as he was dealing with an obnoxious customer as I walked in he signaled to me that he was aware and would be a minute. He explained the process for the inspection and that it may be a bit of a wait time. Approximately 45 minutes later he called to let me know that the inspection was completed, no issues other than wiper blades which he had in stock and did I want him to replace them and the cost. Done. I will go back. I took my vehicle to Precision in High Point on Penny Road and received the same great service there. Thanks Precision Auto for your above standard service and the excellent team of professionals.

Very friendly and helpful. After replacing my Starter, he advised they would check my belts to make sure everything was ok. He said my belts were fine. He could have easily told me I needed new belts to pad the bill, but he was honest and said I didn't need new ones. I always recommend Precision Tune.

I would put a 0 if I could! I took my truck to the one on Peter's Creek last week to simply have the oil changed and breaks "looked" at! Went back to get it was told everything was fine and no problems with the breaks! Got in it to drive home and it barely would pull out of parking spot! I pulled to the front ask Matt what is going on with the truck it would barely run he offered no help nor did the mechanic neither would even open the hood to check to see if maybe something was disconnected! Needless to say I drove home the truck had no power and making a terrible knocking noise! This truck had NO motor issues since I had it! I have called corporate NO response! My truck it still sitting there because it is not drivable! They did not even have regard for my life to let me drive something in that shape home! When I dropped it off it ran FINE!

I came here August 5th for an oil change. I went on an entire vacation to get back and notice my car has been leaking oil. The most major leak was today, everything that I had added came spewing out whenever I started the vehicle. I brought my car to another local mechanic who told me this is nothing more that a loose or improperly placed oil filter, due to their careless mistakes I’m paying double the price of an oil change to fix this and get another oil change so I can have my only transportation back. DO NOT GO HERE! I feel like this was done due to carelessness or the fact that I’m a young woman which seems to be a trend for them. The better location is in high point this place is full of bad vibes.

This is my second time coming here and not getting service. First time I came I called them first. Once I arrived then they said they couldn't do it. I'm in the parking lot as I type because this is the second time they are saying they can't do it. All want is an oil change it!!

One of the things I love most about Precision Tune Auto Care is the fairness—you get the same honest price whether you're a man or a woman. Kenny is amazing! He’s always professional, patient, and makes you feel like a valued customer. Today, even in the pouring rain, I stopped by just to get some air in my tire. I had a wonderful experience here. I stopped by for an oil change and was very pleased with how kind and knowledgeable all of the employees were. Kenny Hill was especially welcoming and took the time to answer my questions with detail. He also demonstrated exceptional customer service with other customers in-person and over the phone. I also didn't feel that I was taken advantage of as a woman who knows nothing about cars, haha. They didn't push me to pay for additional services but rather let me know about a promotion for coolant changes that typically are offered twice a year. I will definitely be going back for any maintenance issues or preventative car care and I recommend their services to others!

The computers were down and someone was working on the system. I was kept up to date the entire time. It took about 15 minutes then I was checked in signed the work order and handed over my keys for an oul change. It only took 30 or 40 minutes before my car was ready. Prices weren't too bad ($80 for a fully synthetic oil and filter change) and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'll definitely be going back.

I went in for an oil change and pick my car up later looking like this .Darren worked on my car he said he "Was not worried about it!" They said there was no manager on duty so they gave me a email for customer service / owner Ronnie Crowe. I also called Ronnie Crowe several times and emailed there was no response this happened on September 27th this place needs to be closed down very unprofessional I did get a police report the same day . Also the employees Told Me Maybe my car got hit sitting in their parking lot they didn't know what happened to it!

On March 7, 2024 I brought my car in because i noticed i had a busted overflow hose which was leaking coolant. they gave me a bill of $552 which does not even reflect the overflow hose. they charged me for a water outlet that they did not even fix which i noticed later after i picked my car up and paid. they told me it would take them about 2 hours to do but me not knowing about cars i had no idea that this was a 6 hour job which another mechanic told me later on. after i picked my vehicle up i get literally atleast 10 mins down the road and my car starts smoking and overheating. i had to pull over and luckily as i pulled over there was a mechanic shop right there. as i parked they immediately came over and told me that i was overheating and had no coolant. i expressed to him how i had literally just picked my car up from the shop and they told me it was fixed. the mechanic told me that it was not drivable and that i had to get it towed back. by this time, the shop had already closed so when they dropped the key off it was in the shops drop box. the next morning they give me a call saying my car has been broken into. i immediately ask for cameras and they tell me no one has access, the cameras don’t work that good, they have to call their bosses, etc. just giving me the run around. i know that these mechanics vandalized my vehicle and they will be held accountable!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. not to mention, my valuables that have been stolen.

This is the only place I’ll take my vehicles to! Been loyal for years and have referred others to them because they’re honest and so easy to work with. Down to earth, knowledgeable, able to build relationships with people and do wonderful work! Kenny has always been my go-to. Everyone is great, but I’ve know Kenny the longest. Shauna is new(ish) and she’s a great addition to the team. I trust them completely. I don’t know much about mechanics so I just let them do their thing. They’re honest and won’t scam you. There are things they say will need attention soon, but tell me that I could go another few months or whatever. My mom was recently told she needed new brakes and was upset by the quote. I told her to go to precision tune and they told her that the rear brakes we fine and the front were getting worn, but nothing urgent. They didn’t even know that I sent her. They’re the BOMB ❤️

A simple inspection went from decent Customer Service to just pour in three days. Needed wipers to pass. They were out of stock returned the next day. They were out of stock called on Monday to tell them when I would be back. They were still out of stock. I called around Shana called around and said no prevail all of a sudden they had the wipers in stock $57 total. I asked for the old wipers they said they were in the car. They were not in the car they were discarded so they say just be honest.

Had the best experience! Kenny, Shauna, and others were so concerned and did all they could to help me get back to Virginia. Treated me and my dog like we were family! Kenny went above and beyond trying to figure out my cars issues. We know what diagnostic test showed and changed out sensors. More is going on , but I needed to get back home. He was really concerned and checked multiple things. All I can say is this business in Winston Salem NC is awesome. My vehicle is not fixed for simple reason I’m traveling and couldn’t stay until Monday. He along with another whose name I don’t know showed me what to do if it happens on way home. If I lived close I would definitely use them. I honestly have never been treated this well and the concerned shown!
