We went by this morning to get a used tire which they had and it had decent tread, but they charged $20 more than most used tire shops normal price for a used tire is around $35 -$40 per tire they charged $60, and they didn’t even balance the tire. So if you drive about 2mile down the street you can get a used tire mount and balance for about $40. In my opinion if you want more business you need to come down on your prices and do the job correctly by balancing your tires every time you mount them. Cause more than she’ll have a vibration

My daughter was traveling from PA to NC when her car broke down near these guys. They are one of the very few shops with Saturday hours in the area and I'm so grateful for it! The guy I talked to twice listened to me without rushing me off the phone, was super nice the whole time, and said to bring in the car as soon as we could. They assessed her car and got her back on the road with minimal cost. We'd definitely go back to this garage, if we lived in the area lol

Had my vehicle at this shop to get a transmission well long story short, the guy that was supposed to fix my jeep never got back to me about it. Well, fast forward a year went by and they still never got back to me about my jeep. This year, I went to check on the status of my jeep and lo and behold it’s GONE and no one knows where it is!!!! It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that no one has cared to get back to me regarding this issue. It got to the point where I had to get the police involved with this shop! My experience with this place has been HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I would have given it 0 stars but there was not an option for it!!!

For context, I was headed home from a trip with my elderly dog to the mountains when my front tire blew out on the highway. AAA towed me to the nearest tire place which happened to be JP's. These guys were so busy on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend, but I was just happy they could help me out. My tire had melted to the wheel , so the gentleman had to work much harder to remove it. They replaced my broken tire, rotated it with the rear, and wished me on my way with my precious cargo (dog). They went above and beyond to make me feel better about my already wild day, so for that I encorage everyone to give them your business!

Yesterday I was on my way to Wednesday morning Bible Study and my tire was low. I stop by and Tae helped me out tremendously. First I went across to street to the gas station paid money for something that didn’t work. When pulling up Tae immediately walked up asking me how could he help. Very respectful and helpful.
