★☆☆☆☆ I was wanting to re edit my review as I have already written a review on their website previously from not getting my car fixed the right way the first time. As I went back today Wednesday to pick up my car, it was fixed or semi fixed. As my Car clearly has cameras I went back and checked my cameras just to catch these two guys talking mad smack about how the scuff marks from the accident were clearly from a dirt road track or whatever they called it and they said that it’s because of my dirt road, when I clearly have proof of what my car looked like After the accident and previously before the accident. They also then talked about how dirty my car was I didn’t think I was gonna have to leave my car in a shop for over a month almost and as a person who has children, I cannot keep my car clean all the time. If I could’ve taken my car to my personal body shop, which are great people and I’ve never had an issue with I wouldn’t have had to deal with this uncomfortable situation. Thankfully, I had my boyfriend to come with. However, I will never be stepping foot into that body shop, because the guy with the hat in the picture said in quotation marks I don’t see what this chick has to complain about. If you can’t do your work right, then don’t do it at all. I wish I could’ve posted the video so everybody could’ve seen what kind of people worked there. However, Google doesn’t have that option. Sadly.

★★★★☆ I got into an accident with my Ford F150 back into March, Sent it into these guys for repair work on the front. While I do understands to take a while to repair, they did indeed to a good job, but originally mismatched the foglights and ordered the wrong headlights. We got in touch again, told them about the ordeal, and talked to John about ordering the correct headlights and correct foglights to fix the mismatching. He took pictures, and parts came in about 3-4 weeks later, got me back in and out within a day. Overall with repairs, I am satisfied, and do appreciate the work. My only reason I would give this 4 stars and not 5, is that originally, I had a lack of communication through these people, and originally had a harsher review, and this is simply not to make it seem like a bad place, as they do great work, but more or less constructive critisism. The professionalism outside of the communication was great, but that is something that definitely needs to be worked on. Again as stated, I am satisfied with my truck repairs, and glad everything was put back the way it was when I took delivery of it. Thanks for taking the time to read this lengthy review.
