Really bad service at the store where I went on 6600 N May Avenue , they provide a poor service , my dashboard has been messed up dont know what they did to the settings keep getting error message, didnt put back the cover underneath my car after performing their oil change, that thing fell off when I was driving. If you can avoid this location please do

I brought my car in due to a hard start. Paid $200 when they told me it was a battery issue. Before I even drove my car off their lot, it was still hard starting. So I left it there for one more day for a more thorough diagnosis. They called me the next day stating they still couldn't figure it out. I understand on older cars it can be tricky and everything isn't repairable. But don't charge somebody $200 for a non-issue (I knew my positive terminal was loose but that clearly wasnt the issue in this case and they took my money for it anyways) Charging me a diagnostic fee would've been reasonable, but parts and labor for a battery issue and never solving my original problem is outlandish. On my way out the 2nd time they told me "it maybe a timing issue". That's really not much of an answer when I already spent $200 on something unrelated. Customer service is nice. They're all smiley and professional so that counts for something I guess.

My brake lights went out wasn’t sure what the problem was so I took my car in and they advised me of the problem and how to fix it and they told me the price and proceeded to fix it. Their wait time was reasonable and I enjoyed their free coffee.

I have gone to this precision tune for many years as did my husband for oil changes, etc. about two years ago they replaced my starter instead of my alternator so I ended up having to have both of them replaced because they did not diagnose it correctly and then they put a battery in that I had in my car that I did not authorize them to do, but none of that is pertinent. My last visit was awful. I was there forever and they said they had to clean some corrosion off of my battery and that I needed a new fuse and one of the screws that holds the cable to the battery he said had corroded and I said well can you put another screw in because my car is not gonna start if you don’t and he said that’s not your problem. The problem is the fuse and I understand that but the problem is also the fact that that cable is not gonna stay attached to my battery And they argued with me and then let me leave with my car in that kind of condition I will never be back. I will tell everyone about it. I have been going there years and now it’s been taken over by a bunch of people that don’t care as long as they get your money.

if i could give zero stars i would. My girlfriend went to this location asking for an oil change and was already pretty pricey (understandable) but then she was told she can’t be given a certain type of oil because they don’t have that weight of oil. My girlfriend is not mechanically intelligent (like most people) and so she asked for an explanation but the people seemed really irritated with her so she just went with the available/higher priced oil. When confronted about her air filters being dirty (not even that dirty) they seemed irritated again when she declined service on those bc the pricing was already higher than usual so they went and put them back. But when my gf was leaving the auto shop her AC blower fan started making a noise that wasn’t being made when she came in so she went back to tell them. When she told them it was making noise they said “it is because your air filter is really dirty you need to change them” . So my gf decided to leave because they were being irritating and she just didn’t feel welcomed there and the fact her car is now making a new unusual noise. So when i get back in town from work she told me to check it out and i did. Only to my surprise to find two perfect unbroken leaves laying in the blower fan under the air filter. Now tell me how can two fully sized leaves go through those tiny little vents and into a air filter without being broken? I’ve been to precision auto tune before at different locations so i don’t think it’s a company thing, it’s just sad seeing somebody who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge in the mechanical industry being taken for granted for a sales quota or whatever sketchy stuff is going on at this location. Bad business gets you no business and will not be going back.

This place is horrible, the worst place to take your car. I learned the hard way and expensive way. They replaced my serpentine belt, didn’t do it right had to take it to AAA to get done right, broke my dip stick so they had to take the valve cover off to fix there wrong doing and say it’s out of warranty, I can see if my valve cover leaked in the beginning but this is their wrong doing had to have AAA fix it. They worked on my AC and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. I took it to the dealership to get running good. Stay away from them they will mess your vehicle up and you will have to pay in the long run. Two things they say they fixed but didn’t and one thing they had to fix because they broke something and now I have to replace my valve cover gasket when they messed it up in the first place. Don’t waste your money because you’re going to pay in the long run. STAY AWAY
