I have taken my 2016 Charger to these guys for the past 5 years. Anywhere from a basic oil change and brakes. To my entire front end and engine work. They can do it all!!! I don't trust anyone but Precision to take care of Betty!!!

This place was unprofessional and non unhelpful! I regret going out there and lost $737.14. I took my car to get my oil change and to fix whatever problem was causing my “check engine “light on and to see why my car was shaking. They did an Engine Diagnostic to see what was causing to be the engine light. The Front desk guy called me and explains it was an intake manifold gasket and mass air flow sensor so I agreed to get fix. I picked it up at closing time. After driving the car for couple minutes and “check engine “light was still on and the car was still shaking. So they didn’t fix anything also on my invoice they didn’t discount the Engine Diagnostic for $85 even do they say they will not charge me. I went back the next morning the front desk guy said that main problem was the transmission but they don’t fix that. So I asked why did you lied to me on first place I paid $737 for nothing they he said if you want to get things for free to have to go somewhere else, This was Rude and unprofessional they gave me the manager number and but he haven't return my call. At this moment I submitted an report to corporate. Also I will report this situation to the Business Bureau. I don’t pay to get treated poorly. If you are the manager on this location please contact me. I will keep you guys updated 7/9/25

I recently stopped by to have my check engine light diagnosed and to possibly get an oil change. It was explained that a few of $50 would be charged for the diagnosis. Before the test was done, I provided the mechanic with the codes I was given from OnStar. He still performed the test to find it was the same codes I’d already given. I feel that I shouldn’t have been charged the diagnostic fee since I gave them the codes. I allowed them to do the oil change which is when they discovered gasoline in my oil. So ultimately the issue, fuel pump, wouldn’t have been noticed until the oil change. The service was good but charging a customer a fee for discovering the exact same codes I’d already given is crazy work!

Last time I took my Audi A3 there for a oil change the oil plug needed to be replace because oil level start going down and I got a warning that it was low. When I found out it was already below the lower level. I had to put a quart of oil. I bough a new plug from Audi dealership before I when to have my oil change this time and asked them why I was not told that those need to be replace as often as every oil change or every other oil change. They didn’t give me a good explanation. It will be good the professional would let us know those special things.
