Paul is amazing and so far I've never had a problem with him or anybody he has hired. Everybody always does a good job, answers any questions I have, tries to save me money, and really tries to get to the root cause of the issue instead of just trying whatever is easiest. Can't speak for other locations but at this one, they really do care about their customers which is extremely refreshing for a national chain like this.
