Been bringing multiple cars here for years (almost a decade now actually). I thought I posted a review years ago but I guess I never got around to it. Paul is amazing and so far I've never had a problem with him or anybody he has hired. Everybody always does a good job, answers any questions I have, tries to save me money, and really tries to get to the root cause of the issue instead of just trying whatever is easiest. Can't speak for other locations but at this one, they really do care about their customers which is extremely refreshing for a national chain like this.

I was able to bring my car in for an oil change. The technician quickly checked my car. My mileage indicated that no service was needed at this time. The technician also ran a check to make sure the car didn’t have any other issues. They were thorough and friendly.

The gentleman was great at the front desk. Their computer system was slow to boot up that morning so he apologized to those of us that were there and started manually writing details down. With a smile, he asked what service I needed for my car, which was an oil change, he made sure he had my key fob, and confirmed my car type. Thanks for the great customer service guys, it means more than you know in this day and age. I was done in about 15 minutes.👍

I’d been dealing with ongoing ride issues for weeks, and after three unsuccessful attempts to get them resolved at the place that installed my tires, I turned to Precision Tune Auto Care. From the start, they listened carefully as I explained the symptoms and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. About 2 years ago I brought my car in to have an adjustment arm changed out. This cost me $2300 dollars. Not only do I think they changed the part out, they dismantled all of the break lines and safety covers under the car and did not make a single attempt to put any of it back. My break lines has just been hanging inches from the road for over 2 years but hidden by the tire. This is criminal negligence. Don’t trust these people with your money or your safety.
