Bryan, Nathan, Chris, and Sean were a pleasure to work with. I brought my Audi in on an insurance claim after someone vandalized my door and the team at ECR took a frustrating situation and turned it into a truly positive one. From managing timelines and expectations with me, communicating with the insurance company daily, and above all, repairing my door to utter perfection, European Collision Repair treated me and my beloved wagon like we were the only case in their shop—which was obviously far from the reality. They gladly accepted my 2005 Allroad, while every other shop I spoke to in Nashville wouldn’t, given it being a European car older than a 2010. They even found parts that would otherwise be deemed unavailable and out of production in order to fully complete the repair. Nathan went as far as repairing a broken cargo cover on my behalf—something completely unrelated to the damages my car was taken in for that really brought a smile to my face. Bryan even called to check in and thank me for my patience throughout the process. Anyone even remotely enthusiastic about their car or cars in general knows how unsettling it can be handing off your baby to a shop that wants to move you through as quickly as possible. Well, this isn’t that shop. ECR prioritizes quality of service and body work over all else, and because of that, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Do not take your car to Crash Champion for service. They are rude, unprofessional and refuse to follow up with insurance procol. They will schedule appointments with you, then have you wait for hours only for them to reschedule you. Simply poor quality work.

Brian and the team and European Collision Repair have been phenomenal to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so! I have a Signature Series Model S Tesla, and I am obviously very particular about the quality of the work that is done on the car. The quality of the work was impeccable, and moreover - I understand that after they had done the repair, it didn't meet their final quality control, and they tweaked it so it would be essentially perfect. And it is! There are only a few hundred cars in the world with "Signature Red Paint" and mine is one of them, and they matched it, as above, perfectly. And, they told me of their 30 day guarantee. Tesla door handles are rather finicky and while that has nothing to do with the smashed door, they are fixing that as well. Best yet, the pick up and deliver the car, and since I am always busy, that is a tremendous convenience for me. So, I hope I never need them again (meaning I hope I don't have any more body damage) but if I did have any need for a repair facility, without hesitation I would call them first!

Nate the Great, Stephanie and Jeramiah are an incredible team that will go above and beyond with their service and communication to make sure the job is done right. We brought our Mercedes E300 in after a collision since they are a Mercedes certified shop. After 12 weeks of dealing with our insurance companies unwillingness to cooperate with us and the shop, the whole team still brought excellent communication to the table and went to bat for us against the insurance company to make sure they paid out what they were supposed to. Not only did they finish up that car, but Nate also advised us on an issue with our CR-V that the dealership had quoted $4K for, and found a simple solution for a great price. I can't recommend this shop enough.

The place did a wonderful job with replacing the parts damaged on my Lexus IS 350. They are amazing at noticing all the details of your vehicle and they know what it takes to get your car in perfect condition. They corrected some paint, cleaned my headlights, and waxed my car all out of courtesy before giving it back. They also knew the answer for every question I asked them which I found very valuable because I got to learn details about the car that are useful. Customer service was wonderful, this is a very trustworthy shop. They have high respect for their customers, would totally recommend!

This place was recommended by my local auto dealer to have a small repair done on the bumper of my Mercedes. Originally one of the shop managers, Greg, informed me they would have my repair done in a week to ten days. It ended up taking them almost an entire month to fix my vehicle. They constantly failed to inform me or give me up to date and accurate information on the status of my repair, and misled me about when I could expect my repair to be finished. At one point I was hours away from picking up my car, having just received an email from the shop saying my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up that day, upon calling the shop Rick informed me they would need my vehicle for another two weeks. The employee tasked with keeping me informed about where my vehicle was in the repair process, Rick, on multiple occasions did not keep promises he'd made to call and give me an update, or update the status of my repair within their system. I'm fairly certain they did not do anything on my car for the first week they had my vehicle because the insurance company had not even spoke to them about updating the quote for the repair. In order to make any head way I had to get in contact with the regional manager for the company, Bryan. He also was poor with communication, I had to make multiple phone calls in order to get in touch with him even though I was promised on several occasions he would return my call. The bottom line is In order to get my car back, I had to get in touch with the regional manager to make sure he would stay on the shop in Nashville in order to get my car fixed. The Regional manager, Bryan promised to reimburse me for some unanticipated expenses I incurred due to the length of time of the repair but as soon as I had paid and picked up my car he never responded to the email I'd sent him when he told me to forward him receipts. This place is dishonest and clearly doesn't care about their customers or the situations they put them in. I strongly warn anyone considering using this shop to get a repair. 11/06/2019 EDIT: Bryan, the regional manager, ended up mailing me a check for the expenses I incurred due to the repairs being behind schedule, and was apologetic for the inconveniences I incurred.

My car was hit by falling construction debris so I brought it into Crash Champions for an estimate and repair. They were really easy and great to work with. They also handled a lot of the communication with the construction company who was paying for the repairs. They had my car fixed in 4-5 business days.

Was sent here for an insurance claim, and CC didn’t fully fix my vehicle. They had it for 3 weeks under insurance (an excessive amount of time of which was due to their system error), and when I picked my vehicle up the check engine light was still on. I went back to ask about why it would still be on. The worker claimed “after insurance repairs it still read a cylinder 3 misfire…probably an issue with your spark plugs. We only made repairs covered by the insurance claim”. What terrible customer service because now I still need to get repairs done on my vehicle when a simple phone call from this place of business could have sold me the repairs outside the insurance claim and made more money and I would have been satisfied. Especially considering they kept my vehicle a week longer than anticipated due to their error. Instead I never want to patron this business again, and will be letting my insurance know.

This crash champions is the absolute WORST collision shop in Nashville. They are very rude, racist, unprofessional, and unorganized! Poor communication. They will lie and tell you they can handle any type of repair, on any type of vehicle. This shop is NOT experienced with repairs and will mess your car up. Lack of knowledge and Management hung up on me while I was talking to them. Crash champions will keep your vehicle for an LONG TIME and lie about the repair progress. Your vehicle will NOT be ready by the date they provide for you and they do not offer loaner vehicles for customers; therefore you will be responsible for paying a rental car company out of pocket for over a month. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They Can’t get the job done.

Aaron and his team got my truck looking brand new again! They kept me updated the entire time and got me taken care of with a rental car. I’ve had work done before by other guys in town. This experience changed my mind about always pushing off getting work done on your vehicle! Professional all the way around! Thank you!

I have done business with another Crash Champions and called the Murfreesboro pike location cause I couldn’t reach that particular one and talked to Leslie and her welcoming and informative way about her made me set on dealing with this particular location for any and all car issues. If she is this great, I would trust the Technicians at this location as well. Car language is foreign to me so trust is imperative. They truly standby the lifetime warranty.

They used all OEM parts and are BMW certified which was important to me. Aaron was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what was going on at least 2xs a week. The best part for me was the lifetime warranty! I’d recommend Crash Champions to all my friends and family.

If you are looking for repair locations I would strongly recommend against this one. I appreciate that the customer service here attempts to be communicative but we have now been told several times that my car will be ready the next day or within the next few days, only for that day to come and go and later be given excuses and a new date for it to AGAIN pass without any progress or updates. It has now been almost two weeks since the initial date I was told it would be ready, the actual finish date is extremely unclear, and it is hugely inconvenient as I didn't get a rental car based on the original timeline I was given. I dropped my car off on Sept 10th after it got damaged in a hit and run. On Sept 17th I was told it would be ready on the 22nd, however, on that day we then received a message saying it would instead be ready two days later. On that day we received a message saying they had "received broken parts" and the car wouldn't be ready until Monday, but would still be done by Sept 30th. Once again, that day came and went. On Oct 1st, we were told they were "just finishing up the alignment" and the car would be ready the following day. I adjusted my schedule accordingly, but when we reached out again to confirm, they said they had YET AGAIN received broken parts that wouldn't be getting in until next week. What happened to "just needing to finish up the alignment"? Also, how is it possible to receive broken parts THAT many times? If there are other extenuating circumstances I would much prefer to know that or be told it will be a couple more weeks rather than be REPEATEDLY told "your car will be ready tomorrow" which is FAR more of an inconvenience when it inevitably doesn't happen. The first time I was understanding, but unfortunately I'm not buying it anymore. The worst part is I would have gotten a rental car or made other arrangements if I knew it would have taken this long. STAY AWAY from Crash Champions!

Crash Champions has had my car for two weeks. I left 3 voicemails within the last week regarding the status of my car. Nobody bothwered to call me back. I had not heard from them since I dropped my car off. I finally called today and spoke with someone who told me it may be another week. This is a long time for a $2500 repair. It was a minor fender bender.

Our sons brand new car was side swiped in downtown Nashville, working with progressive insurance we brought the car to crash champions. Not only did they do amazing work, they provided us with updates and did not mind my calling when needed. We highly recommend them.

I had my Audi A5 damaged convertible top replaced. They have a "lifetime warranty", but when the interior lining fell down this year, completely drooping from the frame, they fed me a line about bringing it in and we will look at it. Then claimed they were not responsible and refused to fix it! No help, no repair, no replacement. When they replaced the convertible they told me it was direct from Audi. Why not, insurance paid them $7,000 to replace, so cost didn't matter to them. Lie, this was not an Audi part. And to fall apart in just 4.5 years is pathetic. Crash Champions should be ashamed for not standing behind their work. I should have never repaired this top, should never have gone to them. It is worse today than it was 4.5 years ago.
