Very pleased with the service I received here! I came in for air for my tires and one of the attendants provided some insight and figured I may have a punctured tire. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day and even ordered tires in advance to ensure it would be ready. Very grateful for their kindness and how proactive they were. Quick, efficient and personable. I’ll definitely be back if I have needs in the future.

Good morning: I have being going to this location since 2009. This week I had exceptional customer service from the Manager on site (Jamarcuis Mitchell). He was very detailed on exactly what I needed to get immediately done to my vehicle as well as inform me on other issues that need to be addressed down the road. He was very informative. Even took me outside to my vehicle to go over vehicles parts that I was not familiar with. Kudos to precision tune auto for having Jamarcuis on staff. Definitely helps a lot from a Customer’s perspective. Great job. Thank you.

Don't waste your time. Appointments are suggestions. Staff are lazy and disinterested. Your local mechanic is a better choice. When you schedule a service a week out for 11am and they havent touched your car by 1pm while they all sit around smoking and joking - but it's nobody's fault, really...

My wife got the blower for the a/c changed on her Mazda 5. They quoted for five hours.... ended up being almost two days. They scratched up the dash and cracked up some of the trim. When my wife got her car back, they just said they made a few small scratch es. It was dark out and she couldn't really see. I had to go back and get the the trim placed back in correctly. All that and no discount, not even a sorry. Would not recommend.

Stay away from here. I went in for a routine inspection. They said my wipers were frayed, they were not and tried to charge me $86 for wipers.

I had a wonderful experience at Precision. Despite not having an appointment, I was seen promptly for an oil change. Whole thing took less than an hour. John at the front desk was very courteous and helpful and made sure he explained every charge and maintenance done. I know there are some concerning reviews on GoogleMaps- the leadership listened and made the right changes. Will be back for all my car needs.

The staff at the counter are beyond rude. The guy could care less about helping to answer questions (extremely simple questions like - do you have an availability for an oil change today? Response - the calendar is behind me on the wall) If you don't want to be at work, don't show up for work They have a sign affixed on the front door with their hours listed and as the door closes too fast the hook caught my jacket on the way in and cut a one inch slit in the left arm of the jacket. I told the guy about it and he responded with "that's he first time it's happened and the sign has been there for years"....uhh ok and the rip in my jacket? Dude didn't care at all. Don't even bother coming near this place. Plenty of good options off base. Ridiculous that the base CO would even allow this to continually happen (just read the other reviews)

They quoted a GREAT price for the service I need and I will definitely be back to get it fixed. So my regular dealership wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace a valve cover gasket and I was flabbergasted. I checked online and found it shouldn't cost more than a few hundred dollars and called Precision Auto Tune, who said it would cost $388, and we got me scheduled in for this morning. We did hit a snag because they received the wrong part in the box and they knew I was on a time crunch so they actually drove out to get the part so I would still make it to school on time. So, whilst it took a couple of hours extra, they still finished in a timely manner and I really appreciated the effort they put to making sure I could have my car back. I'm genuinely thinking of bringing my car here for services.

Discovered a flat when trying to put air in my tires at Ft Meyer at 10PM at night, managed to leave the car outside the Auto Shop, filled out the form and dropped off my keys. They called immediately when they opened the next day, promptly got a quote to me, and got the tire fixed, oil changed, engine diagnostic, and more all in a day. Responsive, fair, very helpful.

I scheduled a brake inspection and specifically asked whether the shop would have the parts available in case I decided to replace the brakes that day. I was told it "should be fine," but on the day of my appointment I was also told that if there was a brake issue, the parts would have to be ordered anyway. I dropped my car off early at 10:00 AM for a 12:00 PM appointment. When I returned after my appointment time around 1:15 PM, the car had not been worked on. The delay was caused entirely by the shop. Because I had another appointment, I needed my car back. Due to this delay, the brake inspection was not completed. The only work performed was a road test, which I had already done myself. No brake components were removed or inspected, and the shop admitted that a proper inspection would have required taking parts apart, which never happened. Despite this, I was still charged $87 for a brake inspection. To make matters worse, the receipt listed recommended services from previous visits, not from any inspection performed that day. I am not upset about the diagnosis--l am upset about being charged $87 for a service that was not performed. Charging full price for a test drive is unacceptable.
