There is this guy that's driving this truck yellow plate number 9089, driving like an animal, cutting cars off, he didn't care that my 2 year old baby is in my car and when I took video of him he pulled a finger and continued to drive all wild. He's a danger to other driver's, he should be fired or suspended, he's too old to be driving all wild like that. I'm never going to use this business.

Please do not go here.A man named franklin scammed me for $400 and he didn't fix anything. he never told me what was wrong with my car and just took my money. I had my car there for 6 days and they didn't call me until the next week to tell me they were finally starting to look at it. Please do not go here they will scam you! horrible service 0/5.

Best mechanic shop in Greenwich!!!! They are very honest and tells you straight forward what's wrong with your car and what parts you need. Their work speak for itself and they charge you a fair price(no hidden fees or any bs) I have been taking my cars there for all my repairs and they always do an amazing job.I always recommend them bc they are the best.

A First Rate Shop that doesn’t tremendous work, but more importantly does so with honesty and integrity that is so difficult to find. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and extremely satisfied, but recently my daughter had a problem that her new car dealer diagnosed as an $11,000 issue with valves. We brought her car to Preferred and they informed her that it had been misdiagnosed. A $500 repair of ignition coils solved the problem and the car has been running wonderfully since. It is so nice to find someone who will explain what is really wrong and how you can fix it, rather than a shop who is trying to maximize revenue at the customer’s expense. Kent Holden

I was introduced by a friend to this fantastic mechanic shop. The employees and owner were all friendly and professional. Everything was quick and easy. They informed me of everything prior to working on the car and were a great price. They went above and beyond my repairs and did a few small things just to help. Very unprofessional. I went there to replace my radiator. They brought a radiator (didn't show me after bringing), replaced it and charged me $405 for replacing the radiator of my Nissan Rogue 2011 model. Even I am not satisfied with their service and I am still having difficulties in my car and some new problems which was not there before. I would recommend avoiding them if you want good service!! Very disappointing!

Broke down on the highway in my 2008 Accord, and these guys came through. They picked me up in about 30 minutes, way faster than the 1-2 hour wait all the other places were quoting. When I got to the shop, Junior greeted me in the office, told me to get comfortable and offered me a drink while I waited. Junior’s got great customer service skills, he made the whole situation a lot less stressful. They diagnosed my car as soon as it arrived at the shop, gave me a fair estimate, and got it back on the road in perfect shape, just in time for me to pick up my sister from the airport. They saved me from getting towed to the dealership and probably saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. You can tell they focus more on taking care of their customers than just profit. Definitely earned my business. I’ll be telling my friends about them for sure.

“Charging system malfunction - engine could stop unexpectedly” was the scary warning that appeared on my drive down Route 95 South in CT en route to Brooklyn. I got off the next exit, called 2 places that didn’t pick up, maybe because it was near closing time. Luckily, the third try was the charm! Sam, co-owner of Preferred Automotive, on Bridge Street in Greenwich answered the phone and luckily, my car made it the 10 min to his shop. Sam knew immediately that a pulley belt had snapped. He tried but couldn’t get the part until the morning. I had to leave my car and trust. Sam kindly drove me the half mile to the Greenwich train station. When I got back the next afternoon, all was well and true to the reasonable estimate. I felt so lucky to have connected with Sam - so knowledgable, honest, and kind. I truly wish I lived closer to Preferred Automotive so I could be a regular customer!
