Today I had an excellent customer experience at Mavis West Putnam Ave! I visited to have the rear pads and rotors replaced on my vehicle. I was told by a car dealer I needed them. Scott inspected my car and informed me that I DID NOT need pads and rotors. I was thrilled to have received a belated Christmas gift. What a fantastic customer experience.
