I stopped at Mavis in Greenwich today since I heard a funny sound coming from my tires. The guys could not have been nicer. They took me right away and quickly noticed a nail stuck in one of the tires. They had it repaired within 15 minutes. They were kind, respectful and professional and I will go there the next time I need new tires. Thank you Pernell and staff.

I was on my way home from work and one of my tire pressures went very low. I stopped at home and saw a screw in my tire. Thank God Mavis is around the block. I went there and they were cleaning up as it was close to 6pm. They dropped everything to fix it! I have been there before and Pernel is always so nice and professional! I will never go anywhere else nor should anyone else!

My expectations of tire shops is not high. I've had bad experience at Hank May, Town Fair and even other Mavis locations but the Greenwich Mavis is really phenomenal. I've purchased tires there and then recently returned to address an odd slow leak. They are miles above - they actually care about the service and quality of the work. The tech even took me back to show me the inner wall of the tire (no puncture). Highly recommend.

I had a surprisingly amazing experience here at this particular location on West Putnam in greenwich. The other locations are too far from me especially considering I had a tire emergency. I had some nails in my tire and the 2 men who assisted me where extremely helpful. They educated me on all my options. They where very honest with me about what my car needed and pricing. As far as pricing goes I believe this to be the most affordable place in greenwich. They work with such efficiency and speed getting me in, out and back on the road in less than 30 min. I stopped in stressed because it was an emergency, I had no appointment and they still went above and beyond to do the very best they can for me. Aside from the great service the facility is brand new and very nice looking. It is very comfortable to wait there to have your car serviced. They have charging stations for you to sit and use your electronics while you wait. They also have an area for children which was very helpful to me as I was with my son that day. Since this location is new I also noticed the equipment they used to fix my car looked new also.

Had an excellent experience thanks to Scott. I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked, and Scott went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of that right away, but also took the time to show me a few other things that needed attention. Scott clearly explained what was going on, showing me exactly where the strut was leaking and how my rear brakes were almost metal to metal. He didn’t pressure me into getting the work done right then, just wanted to make sure I was aware, which I really appreciated. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable service! Highly recommend.

I only waited about 45 minutes while they fixed a tire that had a nail in it. They also checked the pressure on all my tires before I left. I can’t begin to describe the awesomeness of the 343 West Putnam Ave Mavis team. They excel at customer service and exude compassion. Not to mention their actual technical skills! The whole team is knowledgeable and efficient. Scott, specifically went the extra mile to address my needs despite being inundated with other customers. He exuded patience as he worked to resolve my concerns after I shared the negative experience I had at another location. You can’t always count on Google ratings of a place sometimes something’s a little higher a little low and when you go there, you wonder why people rated it the way they did. Today we could’ve chosen several different Mavis tire and brake centers but this particular one, although it was a little out of the way had a 4.9 rating. I decided that we should use this one. It was a really good decision. They were very accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and got us in and out very quickly. I think the biggest air is their 4.9 stars when they should be five stars.
