Great business. I was moments away from dropping my car off at one of these tents for hail repair. I remembered I got a flyer for Premier Auto Hail Repair so I called them first. Dominic was helpful and informative. He even walked to the rental place to take my car, because I didn’t want the rental person to drive me and my two kids in car seats. I got my car back perfect, cleaned inside and out, and by the ETA I was given. Great communication before I chose them and during the time they had my car. I will definitely bring my car back (hopefully I never have to though) if I get hail damage again.

My brand new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 truck was unfortunately damaged by hail just 7 months after purchasing it. I promptly filed a claim with my insurance company and proceeded to get quotes and estimates from the "big box" collision centers their website recommended. All of them not only gave me outrageous quotes but advised that the estimates would likely be higher because either one or both the hood and roof of my truck may need to be replaced. But at each one, I was given these quotes from the front office staff and not the actual techs only after a quick glance and review of my truck in their parking lots. Worse yet, none of them could start on any repairs for about 2-3 more months because they were backed up. Not wanting such invasive repairs done to my truck or having to wait so long, I did a quick Google search for alternatives in this area and came upon Premier Auto Hail repair. It had some very positive Google reviews and great before and after pics on its website. I went there and spoke with the owner Dominic Prieto. He had his actual tech come and take a look at my truck and said he could do all the repairs without any need to replace the hood or roof. I set up an appointment with Dominic for the next day to drop off my truck so he could make a more detailed list of the damage and submit a quote to my insurance company. A week later I dropped off my truck again for the repairs after my insurance approved his quote, which was way less than all the other quotes I got. Dominic took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. Another week later, I picked up my truck after the repairs were done. To say I was impressed would be an understatement! They did a fantastic job!!! My truck looked brand new again exactly as it did when I drove it off the sales lot just a few months ago. They definitely lived up to the 5 star status of the posted Google reviews. I am overall very happy and satisfied with my experience. Dominic was great to work with and made the whole experience stress free. I wholeheartedly, comfortably, and confidently recommend Premier for hail damage repairs to your vehicle.
