Jordan Reid was my service advisor and the services provided were phenomenal. Although taking my car to the dealership is always expensive haha its always great to be able to trust where you take it. They work fairly quickly, my car parts were estimated to get this location about 3 business days and they were able to get it in within 1. Im not saying that applies to everyone or everything. However, I appreciate that things were expedited.

My grandfather recently purchased a Lincoln MKZ which came with a 3 year warranty. Unfortunately 3 months after the purchase the engine light came on. Immediately my grandfather took his vehicle to this location to get checked out and fixed under the warranty. Instead of taking in the car and servicing the car to resolve the issue. The service team told my grandfather that it would be a long wait until his vehicle was seen. When the service technician drove the car to the back to be seen he burned rubber from the lot going into the back for service. This made him uneasy but he wanted to get the car fixed. My grandfather had to rent a car out of pocket in order for the service team to fix the issue in seven days, No problem. My grandfather decided to get the car an oil change in the meantime 7 days to have the issue addressed and in top performance. When he picked up the car my grandfather noticed that his car was still overheating and there were stains and oil under the hood and on the car. My grandfather is a war veteran and has served Brooklyn for the greater part of his life and I am personally offended that he received this type of service from one of the local Lincoln Dealers in our neighborhood. I will make a complaint to corporate about this location poor customer service and hopefully people will get what they pay for in service and quality. I would not recommend this location for a purchase or a service save your money for individuals that will value your presence.

I usually never write reviews but this time the situation definitely calls for it. I made an appointment for 7AM 6/10 for service on my vehicle. When I arrived at the location I was stopped by a bald man who I assume was the valet person who takes your car when you come in. I told him I had an appointment and my name and he quickly and rudely stated that I have to "leave the car for the day". Naturally I thought he didn't hear me and repeated myself to which he says "it doesn't matter we don't honor appointments here" once again with an attitude. I thought he must be out of his mind so I decide to go in and speak to a manager about what his problem was. When I got in there, there was a foreign fellow with a ponytail who claimed to be a manager who helped me, I explained I had an appointment and wanted to be seen and wondered why I was told to wait a day. He informed me that the have other cars who walked in before me(how can that be possible, the point of making an appointment is to lock in a time slot to be seen, walk ins should take second priority). He tells me that they don't use appointment culture here and they just accept all walks in first come first serve so they can help more people that way. So I obviously ask why is it possible to make an appointment at all then, he tells me he "doesn't know the head manager set it up like that and they've had problems in the past about this situation but the head manager will not fix it". After seeing the disgust and confusion on my face he offers to have one of the mechanics "look" at the car to see what's wrong but not fix it since it was too busy. At this time there are about 4 or 5 people already waiting in the lobby area to be helped who are walk ins(I guess they knew the appointment slots were BS and were willing to wait indefinitely). I initially said ok hoping that once they take the time to jack up my car and diagnose the problem they would just fix it and let me be on my way. This is when the manager tells me I have to wait until 8am( it is about 30 or 40 mins before 8am mind you) I say ok but why he tells me the mechanics don't even arrive there until 8AM because they are in a union. At this point I have steam coming out of my ears and I ask why the hell do you have a service center open and appointment slots available as early as 7am when the only people who have the ability to service cars don't arrive until at least an hour later. He just looks at me with the stupid face at this point I got in my car and just drove off. If this is how they do business and operate over an appointment I don't want them anywhere near my car. I didn't get the name of the head manager who allows this facade to carry on but he needs to be replaced or re-evaluate how to operate a business, every other place you go to honors appointments over everything else and has accurate times that people can be seen and helped. I believe the head manager allows this to happen because it gets more people in the service center under false pretenses and they probably assume once you are in the building you won't leave and just stay until you can be helped whenever they get to it.

I gotta tell you, these guys were great, the temperature was over 100° my AC needed to be repaired, they gave me a quick appointment and rectify the situation within a day. I went in for and recall, and they had to remove the liner. When I got back to the truck, it looked like this. ( see pics. When I approached the individual who did the job, I asked him what happened. His excuse was, do you know how hard it was to get it out and put it back in. ( He remove the plastic from the floor in the seats. Just to make it easier for him not to slide, I guess) OMG. So the bad news is I had to rent a car again. Why they worked on the truck, which was very inconvenience time consumed and the car they rented me was dirty, go figure And the representative at the time said that he would take care of it that he did, but it still needs some more work cause he left mark stains, but overall the representative he handled it well, thank you, sir. Can you imagine having those marks on your seats? When you keep your car, this clean

My experience at this Ford service was very professional, quick to answer any questions that I had and made sure that my issue was resolved. Though there was some miscommunication on who should call to check in about the order status of the car it was resolved immediately and I was able to receive my car fully repaired.

Saw some horrible reviews regarding this center. Also saw some nice ones. Was my first time using them (I purchased my car from the Premier Ford on Glenwood Rd a year ago. Thought I would try them out since my state inspection was due. Ahmed at the front desk was awesome and patient. Kept a calm head even with people yelling at him. The staff were also friendly (especially the cashier. She was funny). They took care of my car and even alerted me to something I didn't know was wrong with the car (they fixed it for me). Will definitely use them for future services.

Would not recommend, very slow service, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks and still couldn’t find the problem while another place found the issue within a day. The other place even said that they haven’t put on the bolts right and some of the bolts were missing. There is also poor communication and the service advisors are rude and arrogant.

Delays every step of the way, false promises on when repairs would be finished, pushed me to unnecessary diagnostics, exorbitant prices, and inaccurate hours posted. Awful service, took 5 days to get a battery installed that they had in stock and 10 days and $1500 to get a seatbelt fixed when they said it would be 2 days. Avoid at all costs

Do not let them touch your car Do not fall for them I had a recall on the rearview camera of my 2015 Expedition. I called Premier Ford on Friday the 17th and asked how long it would take them to do the repair as I was starting the new semester on Thursday morning. The representative told me that its not going to take to long and that I should drop it off on Monday the 20th in the morning. I pulled up Monday morning and they told me that it will ready by 3 (same day). Thursday the 23rd when they were still waiting for the part to arrive I went back and picked up my car. The part arrived on Monday the 27th and they told me to bring my car back in Wednesday the 29th and that it will be done the same day. I dropped it off Wednesday morning at 7:09 and asked for it to please be done by 1:30 (my lunch) as I am a full time student. At about 2:00 when I got the manager involved they told that they are working on it and that I can come to pick it up in a few min. When they gave it back to me I noticed that the bar that the camera is mounted into was only partially put back. I showed it to the receptionist and he lied saying "they do not move the bar while installing the camera so it was nothing to do with them". I told him "I know about installing the camera and that they do move the bar". At that point we asked the technician who did the repair and he admitted that they move the bar. They took it back in and redid it properly. When they gave me the car after that I opened the trunk and saw that a whole section of the inside was hanging. This time I had the manger come and look at it. He pushed it a little and said that it clicked in. I told him that its not and that he didn't do the other clip, to which he replied lying "there is no clip there". I pulled it out showing him that there is a clip and telling him that I know my car. They took it back in again, this time it came out looking fine (I could only hope that its going to last). I did not write the names of any specific employees although I really had an urge to. Btw they also tried telling me that i need a new battery and full breaks and rotors with a retardedly high price of $1,700 plus change, just for the breaks and rotors. Do your self a favor and go to some other shop which will be cheaper, honest, more time efficient , and will do a proper job; don't get fooled by the fact that they are a "Ford Dealer"

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication I have experienced. I have taken my 2019 Ford Explorer to this location multiple times for repairs, and the experience has been inconsistent. When Jonas handled my service, things generally went well, but other times the service has been very poor. I have even been charged for services regardless of whether they were actually performed, leaving it up to me to figure out what was or was not done. My main issue now is that since the end of August, I have been bringing my vehicle in repeatedly to have the check engine light fixed, and as of November, the problem still has not been resolved. Initially, I was told the issue was with the spark plugs, so I paid for both parts and labor, around $800 in total. Just two days after picking up my vehicle, the check engine light came back on. Since then, I have returned four separate times, and each time I am told the issue has been addressed, only for the light to come on again shortly after. I have expressed my frustration to the manager, Frank, but he either seems completely unaware of the situation or simply does not care. At this point, I feel I have paid for a repair that has not been completed, wasted my time making repeated trips, and received little to no accountability or communication from this service center.

One of the most important aspect is depending on Ford to give us good service as we expect but walking into ford and speaking with your representative was so rewarding respectful and a comforting experience. Jovan thank you for your service and taking care of me. You were forthright not "bullshitting". This is what customers look forward to.
