I bought a Lincoln Navigator reserve L from that place on October 31, 2024. Firstly, the car was slightly damaged, secondly, my car was supposed to be delivered to my home. This was not done. All dealerships gave me the discount, but this place does not… Sale manager argued with me, when I asked about delivery my new car to my house… I really in shock, why they did their job so unprofessional??? I need to talk with their boss may be!???

Everything went well beyond my expectations. My service advisor (Reggie) is the best. He communicated with me throughout the service process. My vehicle came back cleaned and shiny.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had Bad customer service The guy with the glasses he didn’t care at all not giving enough information he just wanted us to get out as soon as possible didn’t even offer a test drive for the car even though i said im willing to buy the car i just need to know everything Refused to give me the monthly payment he said pay first and by paying the down payment that means you bought the car So you want to put a down payment without knowing any information about my car payments ? Terrible experience never again

Smooth, Fast & Professional! I recently visited my local Lincoln Premier Service for oil change, and I was truly impressed. The whole process was quick and efficient—no waiting around for hours. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. My service advisor was Jordan he was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They even provided a clean, comfortable lounge area while I waited. Lincoln definitely knows how to treat their customers right!

I visited this dealership in the middle of the day to look at a Lincoln Corsair. The experience went downhill almost immediately. When I walked in, the entire showroom was empty — no customers at all, just two employees sitting at their desks. No one greeted me, no one looked up, and there was no receptionist or front desk presence. For a brand that positions itself as “luxury,” the lack of basic acknowledgment was the first red flag. Since no one approached me, I walked over to a salesman on my own. Instead of starting with something normal like, “How can I help you?” or “Are you interested in a particular model?”, the very first thing he asked was how much I’m currently paying for my car. The question felt out of place, especially coming before any conversation about what I was there for. He also made a comment about the car I drove in — which happens to be from a similar brand — but the issue wasn’t the comparison; it was the fact that he was more focused on sizing me up than figuring out what I needed. It set the tone for the rest of the interaction. For context, I wasn’t killing time or casually browsing. I came specifically to see the Corsair, and if the experience was professional and the car was a good fit, I expected to have a real conversation about next steps. I wasn’t there to waste anyone’s time, and nothing about my approach suggested otherwise. When I asked if we could test drive the Corsair, he immediately told me I should have made an appointment. Again — the dealership was completely empty, and I was literally the only customer in the building. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, and I’ve never once needed an appointment just to test drive a car that’s already on the lot, especially when the place is quiet. Then he gave me a second excuse: they “probably wouldn’t” allow a test drive because they had a limited number of dealer plates. That’s not something I’ve ever heard used as a reason before. I asked him if he could check, and he walked out of the room looking annoyed. A minute later, he came back and told me two things: 1. I “probably wouldn’t like the price” of the Corsair, and 2. There were no plates available anyway, so a test drive wasn’t possible. At that point, it was obvious he had no interest in helping, and no interest in making a sale to someone who came in with clear intent. I didn’t bother arguing. I simply left. Any dealership — luxury brand or not — should do the basics: greet customers, ask what they’re looking for, give them a chance to see or drive the car, and then discuss pricing. Instead, I was questioned immediately about my current payments, judged based on my trade-in situation before even seeing the car, and blocked from test-driving a vehicle I came specifically to see. After the visit, I checked other reviews, and many people describe the same issues. I wish I had read them beforehand. If you’re considering a Lincoln, I strongly recommend choosing a different dealership. After this experience, I genuinely don’t understand how Lincoln corporate allows this location to represent their brand.

I have a 7 am appointment. The doors are still closed & ppl are strolling in without a care. The time is currently 7:15 am. Then to top it off the other ppl out here are telling me that my appointment time doesn’t matter, it’s first come first serve first serve. Hopefully I make it to work on time 🙄 Update: So I asked one of the workers entering the building, why isn’t it open yet because we have a 7am appointment. He stated that they don’t open until 7:30am. So why are they giving out 7am appointments. Update #2: So I’m being told by one of the workers that they don’t even know about the appointments and additionally they aren’t fully staffed on a Saturday. So anything other than an oil change/basic work, the car will have to stay until Monday. Why does Ford ask what your issue is and give an appointment knowing that their Service Shop can’t honor the time or do the work? Then they have a bot giving generic responses to my review😤

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus from Premier Lincoln, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Mike, the manager, and Anthony, the salesman, went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. They provided exceptional service, offered me a great price, and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re looking for outstanding service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Mike, Anthony, and the team at Premier Lincoln.

Disaster of a dealership No communication at all. More than one time that I tried communicating with my service advisor and he wasn’t in that day. A car that was supposed to take a week to fix took seven weeks which the whole time I followed up and they couldn’t give me an ETA for it. Didn’t wanna give me any more money towards a rental

We recently visited Lincoln of Brooklyn after calling ahead to schedule a test drive. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite confirming our visit over the phone, the sales representative Flower had not arranged anything for us when we arrived. The car we came specifically to test drive wasn’t even available, and there was no proactive effort made to accommodate us or offer an alternative. Even the sales manager seemed uninterested in helping or providing any assistance. Overall, we felt that our time and interest as potential customers were not valued. This experience has definitely left us with a poor impression of the dealership’s customer service.
