Friendly and reasonable prices I had him do •The differential "Right side" rear bearing wheel •rear brake shoes •master cylinder with the power booster My friend recommended prestige auto repair because of their reasonable prices and """good work""" Reason of my 1 star I took my car in at 8:10 in the morning, I stayed in there until 9:30 jose said the car will be ready after 3-4 pm, I left And came back around 3:45 and guess what my van was the same only with the bearing wheeel done, they started to work on the brake system after 4:30 and finished around 7-7:30 pm. Reason why they did not work on my car earlier because of a Brake shoes string that they couldn't get and they could find any where "I went to AutoZone and find it my self" jose said his auto parts store gave him the wrong size and will just do the brake without the adjustable string. The day after, differential fluid started to come out from the bearing wheel that he just did a day before, $620 not worth it. They did not do a good job and they did a damage on the differential , my car is worse then how it was before. Prestige auto repair didn't work for me overall 3-10 I would not recommend him to friends and specially to my family

This place in the last 8 years has gone from honestly to dishonestly not to mention the work quality several trips back to get it done right if lucky jose’s son is going to buried his father shop down if he doesn’t open his own shop he’s got no respect for customers cars leaving his grease trademark all over your interior of your vehicle José work hard for this shop but his retarded son just FKS everything up ripping customers off careful not what it used to be don’t trust them anymore 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I had known Jose for about 20 years used to be very fair and very good mechanic recommended lots of people but unfortunately that’s over his son works with him and makes lots of mistakes that cost customers more at the end due his lack of professionalism for example you go in for a starter replacement the starter gets replaced along with other part’s that he claims were out as well the thing is they don’t contact you before they do the extra work and you end up paying a higher bill lots of my coworkers notice he wasn’t the same Jose we used to know for his reasonable prices and accuracy at fixing your vehicle be aware of it not to get ripped off take pictures of your parts under the hood have some knowledge of you car problems at least so they don’t ripped you off . Sorry jose but your business practices are just wrong.

Called them at 10am, got an honest quote for the brakes, and he said he wanted to see what type of engine mount I needed replaced, so I took the car in right away. He gave me a quote, and got it done in under an hour, and for a little less than estimated. Fast, efficient, honest. I had gotten a quote for $650 from Midas (bs, obvi), and called a bunch of other small shops that wouldn’t give me an honest quote for what the actual time would be. He let me bring my own parts, without bitching like the other guys do. Made it out for $500 less than the Midas quote. 10/10, would recommend, and will be going back. Everything was done by 11:15am.

I called at 8:45am about a body issue under the chassis. By 9:15am I was driving away with a repaired vehicle and no bill. Such a kind guy. He jacked up my car, added missing clips and bolts, and charged me nothing even when I asked to pay. We will definitely return for larger issues in the future.

Jose and Jonathan have so many five-star reviews on here because they have earned it! Great work at a fantastic price means these boys are busy. Unbelievably, they were able to not only get my truck squeezed into an already full lot, but essentially rebuild my entire cooling system AND do the timing belt in about 2 days. We will be back!

I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2008. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my cars. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He can work on any model, does an excellent job, he's fair, honest and you can't beat his affordable prices. I moved an hour away but when my car needs to be serviced I drive happily the hour to this shop because I know I'll get good service and quality work. Johnathan is great too. I trust them both and highly recommend this shop. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Jose did a great job repairing my strut mount. He was transparent about what needed to be fixed, showing me how the mechanism worked and the process for dismantling, installing and reassembling. My cousin has worked as a mechanic and explained what my car needed before I visited the shop. Jose told me exactly the same thing. He kept me posted about delivery of parts and turned around the fix efficiently. He's a genuine and sweet guy, and a great mechanic. I was pretty agitated driving to the shop with a popped-out strut, and driving back after the fix was smooth and comfortable. Thank you Jose!

I had 2 of my batteries die back to back in my Camry. The AAA serviceman advised the alternator to be replaced. Called a few auto repair shops and narrowed down on Prestige Auto. On the initial call, Jose sounded very genuine and moderately priced around $387 to get a branded part same as the one from Toyota while others quoted around $550-700. Jose was able to take my car and along with his son Jonathan completed the work in 2.5 hrs. Jonathan even replaced the cabin air filters which were very dirty. I was thoroughly impressed by the father son duo and highly recommend them for all car service. The car has been running smoothly since. Such genuine people are hard to find.
