Today the car in front of me struggled to get the wash he wanted. He gave up and drove away frustrated. I have had the same challenges on occasion. I got my wash but the attachments on 2 vacuum hoses at my station were broken. Customers in Oak Ridge deserve better.

really no star, but would not let me submit without putting in at least one star. I tried to use the car wash yesterday and it would not work, after I gave my credit card. I have a receipt and tried to call. Got a fax tone and then tried to fax in the receipt. Fax is a continuous error message. does not work.

Not too bad, gets the job done and will continue using it but it's clear based on the line always avoiding the touchless option that it could use improvement. Only accepts cards for accessories for car cleaning accessories where vacuum and trash removal area are. Trash removal has been minimized storage wise, vacuums are okay.

Do not recommend. Purchased highest level wash but machines only sprayed water on undercarriage and did not work properly. Contacted owner who gave me code to redeem for new wash but code did not work. Requested refund but not received.

Tire/undercarriage spray was weak and did not do the job. Wanted to get mud off tires and wheel wells. Paid $13 for the Wheel Deal and got the Art of The Deal ripoff special instead.

I paid 12 bucks for a carwash. It sprayed one time and ran out of water. Went on a dry run over my truck with the brushes. I pulled out. Went to touchless side and spent 10 bucks. Pulled in no lights came on, carwash was broken. So. I paid $22 and had to go to another carwash. I tried calling the number listed on the business 2 times with no luck I left 2 separate voicemails. I also texted the problem to the number. Waiting for a reply. Probably won't get one.i did not get a receipt for the soft touch side, but I went through about 5 mins b4 this one. DAMN! I JUST LOOKED AT MY ACCOUNT AND THEY HIT ME 2 TIMES FOR THE 10 BUCKS.....THATS 32 BUCKS FOR A DAMNED CARWASH THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!

Lights did not work inside the car wash to tell you when to STOP, nor the “Cycles Remaining” light. There was not the multi-colored soap that you normally see in a car wash, so I’m not sure it actually had soap in the wash at all. I called the number on the sign and a gentleman answered. I told him the scenario and that some things may be out of service on his wash. He claimed he was just at the wash 5 minutes ago and “everything was perfect”, but that he would meet me back over there. I turned around, went back to the wash... he immediately meets me there, however he was very rude and unprofessional. So rude that he actually made me feel uncomfortable with my 5 year old child in the car and she heard him. Never support this car wash. I believe they are ripping people off. Sad for our town to have businesses acting in this manner.

As far as automated car washers go, this one is very good. Both lanes are always operable. The nozzles are always clear and the soaps (and other consumables) are always available. This location is popular, so don't be surprised if more than 3 people are waiting.

So bad that you will want to dispute the charge on your card out of principal! This is a bait and switch. Pay for a car wash that doesn’t clean your car or dry it. Let scratches everywhere; no light up instructions. Then to get to a vacume you pay for that doesn’t work.

This place is so bad and waste of money, I chose the highest package $16 and did okay on the front of the car and back of the car is not touched at all. Irrespective of what package you take it is the same. And vaccume is timed and it only comes for the time you clean 2 mats. I would not recommend this place at all. There are a lot of places, there are ppl who dry the car or give clothes to dry it ourselves with unlimited vaccuming.

This location sucks. Visited yesterday against my better judgemental and was disappointed as expected. Machine would not take credit cards so inserted cash. Of course didn't have the exact amount so inserted $20 for a $16 and got a message no change available and to see "the attendant on duty". Nobody is ever working at this place and the number provided for issues never had anyone that answers and doesn't have a voicemail set up....so I'm just SOL. Never again...there is a theme of unethical business practices and nonexistent customer service at this place. Avoid!!!

Perfection in 15 minutes. It takes me 2 hours to do my truck at home. Results are so great at prestige that I’ll never wash and wax it at home again. Excellent job prestige!

Sharing my personal experience as others had the similar situation I did. I went in February and got to the front of the line when the kiosk said cash only. It wasn’t a problem until I didn’t receive change. (My fault since there is clearly a note indicating “exact change only”.) Once I finished my wash and looked at the receipt, I noticed it said “see attendant for change”. Since there is no attendant, I googled the business and reached out to the contact email on the website. The gentleman was so quick to correct this and was completely apologetic. When I say he contacted me within minutes of my e-mail, I was shocked at the quickness in customer service! Sometimes we think small business owners are in control, when the reality is that operations aren’t perfect 365 days a year. From my understanding, the internet was down at no fault to the business. While cash may seem inconvenient, we are reminded that society doesn’t always work in a cashless world. I always love the way my car comes out and you get a free vacuum when you purchase the $16 package. Reading some of the reviews is disappointing since this is a small business offering a quality product in a small town. I encourage others to try out the spot before judging the bad reviews that this car wash has received. Thank you, Doug!!

Card reader wasn’t working on the soft wash, so I put in $20 and the machine didn’t register that money was added. It would not return the money or coins. After calling the number, I got no answer. This is November 3, 2025. I’ve had issues in the past with the touch less wash not rinsing, but this is the last straw for me.

Decided to try this wash again. 1st time it took my $16 and wash did not work. 2nd use, this morning, purchased a $16 car wash and received 1 token, 3 dollar coins and 1 quarter in change. Doug responded back and said I was wrong that quarter was a dollar. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH>

Used the touchless car wash. 4 different wash selections. $16 wash gives a vacuum token as well. Not sure if all of them do or not. Automatic dryer is the weakness here. Got maybe 70% of the water off at best

The first time I tried to wash my car here was terrible. I had quite a few quarters handy, so I opted to use those in place of a CC. I fed the 40 plus coins into the pay kiosk, and was prompted to drive into the tunnel. Then nothing. No lights, no water, no soap. I called the phone number posted on the side of the building and left a message. I wasn't expecting a call, but I did receive one two days later. I explained what happened and the caller offered a credit or a refund. I opted for the safe choice, a refund. A week later I received a check. So, they barely earned that second star. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

I came to use the car wash one morning and it refused to accept any of my credit cards at the kiosk. My cards were not the issue. I decided to download the app and proceeded to buy a wash (using the same credit card I had attempted at the kiosk) without issue. However, upon attempt to redeem the wash through the app, the app did not work properly by either realizing I was at the location or not allowing me to scan the QR code. Permissions for location and camera were active for the app, so this should not have been an issue. Overall, this car wash has gone downhill and is not worth the effort even though you may have to travel 20 minutes to another car wash location.
