I’m very disappointed with the service I received. A year ago, I had new brake pads and rotors installed at this location. Just 3 days ago, I started experiencing problems with my car and decided to take it to another shop for an inspection. They informed me that I needed new rotors again something I just had replaced!
When I reached out Taylor told me that my warranty had expired. I don’t understand how new rotors could only last a year. This raises serious concern about the quality of parts or workmanship. I would have expected better durability and customer support.
I want be returning and would caution others tot carefully consider where they take their vehicles for repairs

I was able to get an aliment and oil change and four new tires for a very good price and I also got a warranty on my tires. Which includes lifetime rotation, lifetime, balancing lifetime inflation, lifetime flat repair. I like the fact that they had a clean waiting room and it was warm too lol. And all of the staff was nice and friendly. They made sure I understood everything that comes with my warranty. And how to get in touch with them if something happened to my tires. And it didn’t take long at all…..y’all definitely need to hit them up especially while they are during the special for new tires 😊😊😊🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We been a loyal customer with Taylor’s over 20 years and have taken 5 of our cars to them. As of today we will no longer be a customer due to their incompetent and carelessness when working on our vehicles.
Recently I’ve taken Mercedes there for a simple tire service. The mechanic could not take the wheels off without breaking the wheel lock: which I personally bought myself 3 times because the shop does not have one!
Once they finally got the new tires on, my way back home the vehicle was shaking and wobbling uncontrollably, I took it back to them immediately. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG-NUTS PROPERLY!!

So this place has a really bad reputation in our area for numerous reasons BUT I decided to go out of convenience/proximity to where I needed to be today. Big mistake. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for my oil change & inspection (no big deal) the guy at the front desk calls me and asks if I want to replace my air filters- I declined- he says ok. OVER AN HOUR later of just sitting, I decide to ask when my car might be finished. He hits me with the, “oh. Your car was finished when I called you.” 🤡
No “I’m so sorry I just wasted an hour of your day” no apology, just deadpan idc if you live or die kind of attitude. I took my keys from him and walked out, afraid to open my mouth and ruin my day and he gives me the “HAVE A NICE DAY” as I’m walking out. Find a new front desk assistant asap. You know who he is, Mr. Black Sheep. Have a nice day.

Taylor’s is not a shadow of what it once was, with customers waiting for over 2 hours and many people from the administration & sales department chatting and showing each other pictures on their cell phones, bursting into laughter. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that my car hadn’t moved from where I parked it, I asked why there was such a delay (I’ve been a customer for maybe 10 years and I’ve never seen anything like this). The salesman showed me another customer who had been waiting for 2 hours and that I had just arrived. Since I didn’t have more than 2 hours to wait, I asked him to cancel my purchase, but he asked me “what car is yours?” and, to avoid my cancellation, he pointed to a man telling me “he was just assigned to your car.” It’s been 30 minutes since then and my car is still parked in the same spot where I left it when I arrived. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.
