⸻ Prestige Car Wash in Somerville is my go-to spot whenever my car needs a refresh. The wash is quick and thorough, and the free vacuums are a huge bonus. Probably one of the best things about Somerville. I feel like I am in an elite club when others see my Prestige sticker and say “I see these on everyone’s cars, what does it mean???” Iykyk. I never feel uncomfortable here - the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. They have all their team members in place to check in. Often the vacuums are backed up, sometimes I come just to vacuum/empty out my car and can’t do it, but with a membership, I just roll through at another time without having to worry about losing any money. Worth it if you come more than 2x a month!!

Very odd experience. First, the guy given directions by shaking his head and asking me to go forward. Once I was already moving, he then told me to move left. I followed what he said, and during that sudden correction my wheel was damaged on the track. It raises serious questions about why the instructions changed mid-movement and why no clear guidance was given before entering the track. Did he want to damage my car? What were his intentions? The interaction was rude and unprofessional. First and last time here.

Not transparent about pricing.. I selected a basic wash and on the pamphlet it said it was gonna cost $20 and then I see I was charged $50 on my credit card bill. Will not be using their services again
