I am very disappointed with the service. The staff is extremely rude, and the overall quality of service is very poor. The machines are often not working properly, and the car wash is closed at least two days every week. I have a membership and needed to wash my car. I checked online and saw that it was open, but when I arrived, it was actually closed. I went to the office to ask why the car wash is closed so frequently—even when it’s not raining or snowing. Instead of providing an explanation, the staff was rude, threatening, and told me to leave. One of them even tried to kick me out of the office. It was a very scary and upsetting experience, and I still didn’t get any answer about why the service is unavailable so often.

Just had a surprisingly great experience at a free vacuum and car wash spot. The vacuums had strong suction, no time limit, and were super easy to use. There is something really cathartic about getting all the dust and crumbs out, wiping everything down, and driving away in a clean, fresh-smelling car. Car wash was super convenient and fun! Totally felt like a reset button. Highly recommend if you need a little mood boost :)

I was charged $49.99 per month for five months (totaling $249.95) without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed there would be a recurring subscription after my initial visit. In fact, I confirmed multiple times with staff that my card would not be charged again—one staff member even told me, “unless you want to, we will not charge you for membership.” Despite this, I was repeatedly billed even though I never used the service once. This practice feels misleading and unprofessional. Be very cautious before providing your payment information here.

Update. They have changed the brushes but the back of car is even dryer than before. See pics. Its been renewed. Free vaccuums for all but dislike that back of vehicle is neglected. Previous owners would pass a wet brush, like a pre-soak, on the rear of vehicle. I have a small suv and my tailgate will be untouched by the machines inside the wash tunnel. I only have membership because it's pretty close to my house.

My father went through the car wash when midway through the wash the chain that guides the car made two loud bangs, my father checked his car and noticed the rim was damaged and dented so it unfortunately was damaged by they car wash. He made a report to the workers on site and also filled out the report online and we just heard back from them and they're saying they will not be taking liability due to the rims being after market. They also attached an image of what they don't cover incase of any damage or injury which is insane because if my father were to have been injured they would not have taken liability for it due to him having aftermarket rims. I took the time to read some more reviews and noticed that this is a continuous issue with the car wash and of course they never take liability for it. If you care about your car your life and your rims stay far away from this car wash they absolutely do not care about you or your car.

Today I visited the Waltham location for a routine car wash. However, I've noticed a recurring issue during my visits—each time, while in the middle of the “active wash cycle,” the machines abruptly stop. Initially, I dismissed it as a fluke, but it has since become a consistent pattern. Additionally, the rear window of my small SUV is consistently left uncleaned after each wash. Today, I decided to speak with Assistant Manager Oliver about these concerns. Before I could even finish explaining, he immediately interjected with, “Your rear window didn’t wash?”—to which I confirmed, “Yes, that is exactly what I wanted to discuss.” Rather than offering a solution or acknowledging the issue, Oliver launched into a series of questionable explanations, including that the bristle brushes used at this location are not designed to reach rear windows of SUV cars. He also deflected responsibility by blaming Prestige Car Wash as a whole for poor equipment maintenance. He claimed this type of issue is common at other car washes—an assertion I refuted by pointing out that I have never experienced such problems, not even at the Prestige location in Somerville. I respectfully asked to speak with a manager on four separate occasions, but Oliver repeatedly declined to provide a name. Only after I mentioned reaching out to corporate did he share the name of Amilcar, who was not at the premises. Oliver’s response was both disappointing and dismissive. It left me questioning whether the issue lies with Prestige as a brand or with the staff and upkeep specific to the Waltham location. Unfortunately, due to this ongoing issue and the lack of accountability, I will be canceling my services. I share this experience as a word of caution to others—because I doubt I’m the only customer who has encountered these problems.

I am changing all the good comments I have made so far. The employees are not professional at all. I went 3 times after washing the car but still could not find a place to vacuum. Although there is a 5-minute limit in vacuuming places, each car uses the vacuum for more than half an hour. Moreover, most cars do not even have a monthly subscription. Why can't I use the vacuum after washing my car? The employees do not care about this at all.

The payment machine is down and so the car wash became only for members. I asked if I could become a member online - no. I offered to leave a valuable until I go to the ATM and pay afterwards. I thought we had an agreement but then he signals me to get out of the car wash tunnel. Confusing. I ask okay, can I come back and just pay cash? No. What kind of car wash doesn’t accept cash even if a machine is down? Stupid.

Paid for "triple foam". No foam came out. No soap whatsoever. Just water and the brushes slapping my car. This review is for Prestige's Lexington Street, Waltham location. They appear to be purposely letting their Lexington Street location fail.

I am a VIP monthly plan member at Prestige Car Wash because I work as an Uber driver and need to keep my vehicle clean at all times for my passengers. However, every time it snows — which is when I need a car wash the most — the location is closed. Today at 9:00 AM, it was closed again. I don’t understand why, especially since I pay for a monthly plan that is supposed to allow me to wash my car daily. During snowy weather, cars accumulate salt and dirt much faster, so staying open during these times is extremely important. As a result, I end up going somewhere else and paying for another car wash, even though I’m already paying for a VIP membership here. That doesn’t make sense for someone who depends on their vehicle for work. Unfortunately, I am considering canceling my membership and signing up with another car wash that remains open even during rain or snow, because I need a reliable service.

Got the platinum membership, definitely did not give me the under wash. Even went to a different location, same thing. Didn’t even bother scanning peoples barcode, looks like everyone is just getting the same basic clean. If you need a quick basic exterior wash it’s fine, if you are paying for anything else you are wasting your money.

The price for a single wash here is not bad, and they did a good job washing my car! I saw some other reviews saying that their cars were left soapy, but I didn't have that issue. The staff are pretty chill, too!
