Prestige did a great job fixing my 2003 Acura TL-S . Raphael, the owner, does very good work at a great price compared to other body shops, who always overcharge for the same work. The pleasant surprise for me was that as they were working on my car, Raphael sent me a few photos via text so that I could see where they were in the process of fixing my car. The car was fixed on time (as promised), looked great and was done at the lowest price I found. Highly recommended!

I recently brought my 2020 Elantra for some auto body repair. My experience could not have been better. Starting with the process of getting the estimate, the parts and the repair work - everything was done extremely professionally and the price was very reasonable (no insurance was involved). When the car was ready, I had difficulty getting to the shop - well, they even sent a very nice gentleman to pick me up from home and bring me to the shop. I would give them 5 stars on every aspect of the service!

The worst experience in this place I brought my car for collision they take more than one month to fix it and they charged a lot of money they ended up putting old parts to my car that only lasted a week in the end I ended up taking my car to Honda to correct what they did wrong and put all new parts like they should the owner is not a serious person

Prestige came highly recommended. Mid-March of 2024, I took my 2009 Lexus IS250 with major dents and scratches all around my vehicle and needed my rear bumper replaced. The owner, Ralphy, gave me a reasonable price to fix all and paint the whole vehicle and blend it to the roof where other Bodyshop’s were estimating beyond what I could afford. I was a little skeptical at first but when I saw the finished product I was amazed by the quality of their work. Choosing them was the best decision I made.

Prestige Mercedes auto body came highly recommended by a friend as I was involved on a hit/run 2 weeks ago. My rear bumper was damaged from this accident. I met with Rafael and he promised to fix and re-painted the bumper for a price that is very fair compared to 2 other body repair shops who quoted me earlier. I picked up car today and the bumper looks like brand new, just like b4 the accident. Overall experience is great and a body shop that gives a fair price to all customers and provide a good finishes on every body work. Rafael, keep up the good work!

The mechanic who worked on my car failed to keep me updated on any issues my vehicle had and constantly delayed the repair process. Despite giving me specific dates for when my car would be ready, he never communicated any changes. I had to reach out to him myself for updates. When he finally gave me a new time and told me to come after 6 PM, I showed up only to find the shop closed and my car still not fixed - with an issue with its lights that he never mentioned. he never communicated any changes. When I addressed this initially he didn't really take any accountability although eventually he did, I understand mechanics are busy and have other clients to attend but I just wanted simple communication.I later resolved this issue over the phone and I understand where he was coming from. The repair did take a little over a month, but that's wasn't an issue at all for me as the work was done correctly and the final result was very good. The pricing was also extremely reasonable compared to other places, especially considering the extent of the damage on my car. I just want future customers to know what to expect. If you value good pricing and quality repair work and don't mind the longer wait, this shop is a good option.

He even went out of his way to assist me with an issue I was having with the dealership, with no personal gain just out of genuine care and integrity. Every time I pick up my car, it looks brand new again. They handle everything with such professionalism and attention to detail that it gives you total peace of mind.
