I never expected this shop to treat there customers they way my Mechanic did. Tried to explain to him the job they did on my truck that something was sounding off and I just wanted to see if they could look over my truck and take a look underneath. He tried to explain to my husband That I needed a wheel alignment which they don't do at that shop which we notified him it got done the week after they was done with my vehicle we tried to explain to him the control ombar on my right passenger side front end the screws was loose. He tried to tell my husband that when I get a little alignment that they have to loosen the screws to my control arm barin thr front. As any mechanic knows they know that there 2 separate parts and it has nothing to do with the Wheelalignment and control armbar but He caught an attitude and tried to say to my husband that it was and in a rude tone way as he was speaking in Spanish to someone in the background while he was speaking to my husband just to bring my car in and he would take a look at I'm pretty sure there ripping other customers off if I had a couple of bulbs to my control on bar screws loose and he didnt care much about it. To anyone taking their car here please be aware and make sure all your screws and bolts are screwed in Nice and tightly. It's really sad as a paying customer they would speak in a way that he did to my husband cause I'm pretty sure he didnt expect to speak to my husband knowing what my husband knows cause he was a Mechanic before to.

Went there just today to have the guys look at something another mechanic gave up on. The issue was the vehicle needed to be flooded after each refuel(moreso after everytime the gas cap was popped off).They showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle,what was the possible soultions and assurance that it would be fixed. My vehicle was fixed and tested before I paid. An excellent garage that I will surely come back to in the future!(First come first serve btw)

We had this place suggested to us a few years ago, took our car there in desperation and they are now the mechanics to all of our cars. They are fair priced, even will advise on where to get a part needed at a better price than they can get it and then only charge labor to put it in. My son was just there yesterday with a new (used car) he purchased, ran a diagnostic, called him in to SHOW him what was wrong, had him take photos with print out proof, and then how to word the fight he was going to have to have the dealership fix it all and because of Prime and that team, he's getting everything corrected at no cost to him. Love this place and this family.

Everyone here is so welcoming, the customer service is actually top tier. Not only that but the work they do is so reliable and professional. They really know what they’re talking about, and have high performance. Seriously, the speed, work ethic, customer service, and work quality is the best around. This mechanic shop is as honest as it comes, and you walk away with ease knowing your money went to excellent auto repair service. I’ve been to multiple mechanics and the experiences don’t compare in the slightest. Fantastic family run business and are great to deal with. Very honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I recently recommended a friend to them after the friend was told by a local garage that they needed over $3,000 worth of repairs for their vehicle to pass inspection. They wanted a second opinion, so they had Prime Auto inspect the vehicle and they found nothing wrong with it, and it passed inspection. I highly recommend them!

Took my vehicle there that was overheating. I had told them I installed the thermostat backwards and they told me they replaced it and also replaced the water pump. At that point the car was still overheating and they said the engine is likely damaged and told me I should just return the vehicle where I bought it. I paid for the work they did. Come to find out at another local garage, it was the radiator and they found the thermostat was backwards, meaning Prime Auto was dishonest about fixing the thermostat. Thanks to another garage, I am back on the road and the vehicle is no longer overheating. Will not be returning here.
