This is the worse place ever. I don’t recommend no one to go to this place. Took my car for an alignment and oil change came out dealing with more plus they scratched my car up and when my husband goes back to complain they say that I did it. Then the lady has the nerve to argue with me and say that she gave me a receipt when I was there the whole day watching people coming in and out and no receipts was given to no one. She had the nerve to say she handed me the receipt then says she put it on the counter and if I grabbed it or not it was my problem. I don’t know what type of business these people are running. They getting people for there money. And by reading all these other reviews makes me questions if I really needed the tire rods and sway bars replaced just so I can do the alignment. I spend over 300 dollars in one day and my van went in in better shape then it came out. Do Not Bring Your Car To This Place. They are liars and thief’s.

Came here for an alignment. I drove home with a crooked steering wheel after. Brought it back for them to fix it and it still had the same issue after. I cannot emphasize this enough DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. They clearly do not know what they are doing and will only make it worse.

Very professional here. No appointments needed which is really a plus. I had two flat tires (one was my spare in the trunk that was flat and my back tire). They replaced the tires within 20 minutes and I was able to leave very pleased. I would recommend to anyone that has a flat and needs fix right away to go here. They have excellent service and prices are very reasonable and affordable for anyone's budget.

Got there at 9am was done by 9:25 the man understood what I needed and found a good almost new tire for my truck for 45 dollars, took of the front and back wheels cleaned my spare tire put it all back in minutes, friendly employee's wheelchair accessible, clean bathroom. SUPER GOOD PRICES, MIND YOU I WENT TO 3 TIRE SHOPS THIS WAS THE CHEAPEST PLACE highly recommended this place

Summary: Very helpful and good work with a low price Story: My girlfriend got a flat and I went to pick up a tire before meeting her but they only sold tires (not the wheel) but they offered to have someone take me and help me because they assumed that was the only car I had and it was unmovable. I declined I got a spare on and took it to them and they took care of it in 5 min for only $40

If i could give this place a zero star I would. Went in for tires and alignment. Had to go to back because alignment wasn't right and car was taking to the left hard. Nothing. Had to take my car to a shop to find out my alignment wasn't done correctly and my tires are not psi spec correct. One had 15psi more than the other meaning they messed up the alignment.

Was quickly acknowledged and helped. Told them what I needed and did have 2 tires in stock ,used unfortunately. I was in extreme need so took the used tires.Everything was fine until I Noticed that 1 tire was no longer reading the tire pressure. I took it back The next 3 days in a row. Then everyday was something different until finally miraculously one day it was just fixed What we believe to have happened was they replaced the sensor entirely without telling us.Im thankful for the replacement I just wish honesty would have been used. Overall great place.Customer Service on point, service was done quickly,price was excellent and even when I Returned I was treated with kindness.

Great place to get tires under 100 dollars depending on your vehicle's tire size. So if you live in or around the city of Reading or visiting from out of state and need tires at an honest price before you head back to your home state, than head to House of Tires. Careless workers, rude, and cheats! You have to watch them do their work or else they won’t do any! They lied that they did balancing they did not do any. They lost my lugnut covers they did not even apologize. They also messed up the grooves on one lug nut, I showed it immediately because their worker is a rookie, no replacement and not even an apology. They’ll lie about literally everything even when I told them to ensure my tires are inflated to 34, I went to re inflate I got each tire with different PSI, one was 42, another 38, and the others 33 and 30! Who does that? They’re scammers don’t take your car there if you love it.

The place is physically ok. The guys changing the tires seem to be nice, but sold me a tire that was completely rotten putting me and my family at risk while on the road. The lady in the office did not have the best customer service skills. She had a baby in there, which could make mom tired. I just came to a different tires place and had the tire changed for $60. I drive back to this place and they returned my money. I found it funny they had a fridge with cold beverages for sale and they had a padlock on it.
