Had a huge dent in my car & I thought it would take 2 weeks to fix but Connor and Arturo had my car back in a week brand new parts fresh paint and like how it looked exactly before the dent. They did a awesome job I would definitely recommend this place!

Outstanding customer service! I've been sent to Prime for insurance work before, and they've done a great job. Most recently I went on a recommendation from another car repair shop after I accidentally crunched my own back bumper on a fire hydrant ... Ouch! I was told they were fair for cash customers. Let me tell you! I have ZERO knowledge about cars and even less $$ to spend. First, they remembered me from my prior business. 😊 Then, while explaining that the "minor" damage would easily cost $1k to repair, the manager said, "hang on a minute, my tech is feeling pretty generous right now." 10 minutes later and here comes my car, dent free, and free of charge!! All they asked for was an honest review. 🩷 Prime, you have my body work business from now on, whether via insurance or not!! Customer service means a lot, and they've got it in spades. This single, on-a-tight-budget mom could not appreciate your business or Collision Specialist Dusty more!! THANK YOU!!!! 🤗🤗

Prime Body and Paint exceeded my hopes. From the 1st phone call to picking up my car when complete was beyond excellent! The receptionist was kind and patient (a requirement for me😃) The repairs were perfect and completed in a time frame above my expectations. Communication was open and honest. Prime & Body fixed my car up and had it back to me within two weeks back in July. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Recently a dog jumped on my car and scratched it really bad. They let me come in and buffed out the scratches for me. I will always take my business there! Definitely recommend!

If they were as concerned with having proper technicians and getting insurance correct as they were with getting 5 star reviews, then maybe I wouldn't have had to pay for a brand new $1000 windshield out of pocket. They said my windshield was not Eyesight compatible and they couldn't calibrate my Eyesight without replacing the windshield, which they would of course make me pay for. They replaced the windshield, and shockingly, the guy still couldn't calibrate the Eyesight. The guy wasn't going to be able to calibrate it no matter what. He had to phone a friend to get it to work. Don't bring your Subaru here, you'll get ripped off by technicians who don't know how to work on them!!

Prime Body and Paint took care of my car repair and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. It so happened that my repair was scheduled at the same time that I will be out of town for vacation and I was told, “just enjoy your vacation, will take care of everything.” And true to their word, they took care of everything. They just contacted me when my car is ready to pick up. Luke is Awesome, he is true to his words and promise. I am so grateful and thankful. My car looks great inside and out. Thank you so much. I visited Prime Body and Paint to have damage on the rear of my vehicle fixed, which was parked when it was struck. I was working through a third-party claim with the other driver's insurance company, Geico. They recommended Prime for their "Xpress" repair service. I am fairly picky on who gets to touch my vehicle for repairs, so I was hesitant to jump on the first offer. Everything seemed pretty good about Prime after doing some quick research, so I consented. The check-in process was easy and the rental car was ready when I arrived. Chad reviewed the damage and took photos of the vehicle while I was there. Everyone commented on how clean my car was for being nearly 12 years old. We reviewed his notes on work scope and I left the vehicle with Prime for repairs. I picked up the vehicle today and the process was nearly as easy as dropping it off. While the metal and paintwork looked very good at first glance, I was a little disappointed with the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me. There was paint overspray on the rear door, the roof looked like someone drove it down a dusty road while it was wet, an odd amount of dirt and gritty material was left inside the rear trim, the inside rear door frame has rough spots where it looks like the clear wasn't allowed to dry before it was disturbed, and a large amount of adhesive is still present inside the door frame from where it was taped off during paint. The vehicle had been very thoroughly cleaned by hand before I left it with them, so I'm quite positive that none of this was present prior to the repairs. They were able to fix the overspray while I was there, but I didn't notice much of the rest until I had already returned home and inspected more thoroughly. Overall, on initial impressions, I'd give the entire experience three and a half stars. The workmanship seemed slightly better than I expected, but was overshadowed by the excessive number of obvious oversights in final prep. I understand my car isn't new and I don't expect it to look new, but I was hoping that it would be returned repaired and wouldn't require me to perform any additional work (like removing a large amount of adhesive and rewashing the car by hand) to put it back in pre-collision condition.

They did a great job of repairing my vehicle after T-boning another vehicle. It looks good as new! They were good with communication on the timeline, even with setbacks. I was even able to get some extra body repair work done by them at the same time at a reasonable price. I appreciate their attention to detail and making sure things are done right. Including detailing and cleaning the truck inside and out. That means a lot to me!!! Thank you! I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again if the unfortunate circumstances happen again. I could not have asked for a better experience after my brand new Jeep was unfortunately collateral damage in a 5 car accident.
