The service I had was not that great . My cleaner showed up late an hour and 30 minutes late but it was ok with me . However , I got the package that only cleaned my interior but it included spot cleaning on my seats . My main concern was my seats being cleaned and not much was done ! I didn’t notice a difference at all for the price I paid . I’ve gotten the interior of my car done before in Florida with a mobile detailing company which was only 50$ and my seats and car was spotless like it was never used before ! I paid over 150$ with prime time and I feel that I have nothing to show for it . Then was asked to upgrade my package to 225$ ! If I can’t trust a great job to be done with a cheaper package why would I pay to still be unsatisfied!
The fact the owner’s respond to his customers in this way shows a lot about his customer service. That fact that he argues back and forth instead of taking accountability is insane. After all this repetitive behavior he does with every customer that doesn’t post good reviews ! Do your research ppl !

Cliff and the employee he bought with him to detail my Chrysler 300, did an amazing job! I usually do my own detailing as I have all the necessary tools, products and equipment, but these guys are the truth. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future! Love hate relationship. Communication and punctuality isn’t the best. I’ve used them twice now, two different cars and both times they were late. Second time they were hours late and didn’t reach out to me until I reached out to them first and this was even prior to confirming appointment time day before. On a positive note they do an excellent job! You will not be dissatisfied as far as that goes. They will get your car looking brand new!! It’s hard because at first you’re feeling like you’ll never use them again but then after the job is completed they have you reeled back in because of the awesome work done 👏👏👏. Another plus is that both of my techs were extremely pleasant. A+++ for those things. Prices are also very affordable and right now amongst the cheapest. Best advice I could give is just to make sure whatever day you schedule your appointment you have nothing else to do. I’ll be using them again real soon.

I recently paid for my niece to get her car detailed as a Christmas gift. I told her to find a place, and I’d give her the cash to cover it. She found a business online with a high rating that offered mobile detailing, which was convenient for her and seemed to be Black-owned—something we try to support when possible. She booked the appointment for a Sunday at 8 a.m. online, as the business closes early on Saturdays, so she couldn't call directly. The service requires a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance due once the job is completed.
On the day of the appointment, my niece woke up early to clear her car so the employee could clean it easily. At 7:55 a.m., she went outside to check if anyone had arrived. When she came back in, I asked if they were there, and she said no. I suggested she wait a few minutes and then call at 8:05 a.m. She called, but no one answered, and she was sent to voicemail, which was full, so she couldn’t leave a message. She waited until 8:15 a.m. and tried calling again—same result: voicemail. At this point, they were already 15 minutes late. She even sent a message through their Instagram page, but got no response. She started to worry that it might be a scam and that her $50 deposit was gone.
At 8:21 a.m., my niece received a text from an employee named Lamar saying he had just finished his previous appointment and was on his way. He also told her to leave her car unlocked. The shop is only about 12 minutes from our house, but Lamar didn’t arrive until around 9:30 a.m.—an hour and a half late for the scheduled appointment.
Lamar cleaned the car, but he didn’t apologize for being late, nor did he offer any discount. My niece didn’t take any "before" pictures since there wasn’t much to clean—she had recently gotten a used car and mainly wanted the seats and carpets sanitized. Lamar did a great job cleaning the car, though after he left, my niece noticed a yellow scuff mark on the vehicle that she didn’t recall seeing before the detailing. Lamar offered to have her come by the shop to have the mark removed at no extra charge, which we appreciated.
Even though my niece had work that morning, she decided to go to the shop since Lamar said he’d be there all day, and if she came another day, she would need to make an appointment. After her past experience trying to contact them, she figured it would be easier to go ahead and get the issue resolved. I told her to text me when she arrived, which she did around 9:15 a.m.
What was supposed to be a quick 30-second fix turned into a 32-minute wait. I asked her what was taking so long, and she guessed they might have been looking for the right product to remove the mark. She said when they found the product, there wasn’t much left, so they had to go back and get more.
I could tell my niece was frustrated—she’s not confrontational, but I could hear it in her voice. I would have been frustrated, too, which is why I’m writing this review on her behalf.
While Lamar did a good job cleaning the car, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service were concerning. We value excellent service, and this business just didn’t deliver on that front. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. This review isn’t meant to bash the company. My niece and I always strive to support Black-owned businesses, and I hope this feedback—along with other similar reviews—serves as constructive criticism for them to improve.

We had the interior “touch up” service done on our sedan and Cliff did an absolutely amazing job! He was on time, incredibly polite, and made sure we were satisfied with his work before departing. We also added on a toddler car seat cleaning and he managed to get out stains I’d given up on! This was a gift for my husband’s birthday and he was grinning from ear to ear. It looks better than when we first purchased it! They’re #1 on my list for detailing services.

My fiancé and I purchased each other Showtime Packges for our vehicles, one an SUV ($300)and the other a Sedan($260) during their flash sale. My fiancé’s was done a few days before mine and the work was immaculate, some of the best detailing I’ve ever seen completed.
However when my appointment came I was met with a sub-par, near disappointing, experience. The technician was great, super polite, and I have no issues with him. The interior work was great for the most part except for some uncleaned floor liners. But that may have not been included in my package.
The exterior work however left a lot to be desired. The package included tire and rim, clean and shine. The tires looked like they’ve been splashed with polish and the rims were not even touched. As well as the wheel wells that were also supposed to be cleaned were also untouched. Prime Time states that they have a “14 day make it right guarantee”, but I have sent an email with no response. What’s more frustrating is that I can’t even call the place because the call gets sent right to voicemail and the mailbox is entirely full, making it impossible to get in contact with them to resolve this issue.
I drove to the listed address they have on google and on their website and the company does not have a store front there anymore. Went to the business next door and was told they moved/“went out of business”. I don’t know what’s going on but based on all of this trouble I would not recommend them.
