Honest fair Great shop.Mark just fixed another vehicle of mine. My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Pier steering pump replaced. He is the only one that actually looked at it before giving me an honest and fair estimate. He beat 1 local shop by $275 and my old shop by $315... Mark is the most honest mechanic shop owner I have ever been around.. Please Give him and his shop a chance. You will be a customer from then on.. Thank you Mark.. God Bless.. This is definitely my go to place for car repairs. Pro is fair, competent. And fast. I've had them work on four vehicles and several of my relatives' cars. I've never heard anyone complain about Pro. They don't suggest unnecessary work but do suggest corrections if they find problems, and that keeps you and your car safe. Try them--you won't be disappointed. Guy

My friend dropped his car off to have his struts replaced. The mechanic was very friendly and professional. Not only did he take note of the current situation he took the time to understand. Was given a time frame of when it would be done and also offered a courtesy call as to when it gets close to being finished. I liked the hometown feel of the shop. Very welcoming and inviting! I am from Ceresco, Nebraska and got a flat tire in Lincoln. It was 98° and 545pm. The owner and his son took me in and changed my tire to the spare in 10 minutes. Never was mad cause it was closing and didnt charge me a lot. They don't do tires but I will be going to them for any truck repairs I will need!

The first time I had Mark work on my car was over 20 years ago. I knew nothing about Pro Automotive. I just knew I needed a new mechanic. I have always had great service there. He is the most friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and best mechanic I've ever had. He always talks to me about whatever issues I'm having and he understands my non auto mechanical intelligence! I appreciate that! I may have to wait a day or two depending on how busy they are, but it's worth the wait because I know when I get my car back, it's in the best possible running condition it can be. Brought in a 93 dodge for fuel system repair, they explained the problem and cost of everything before doing work. Fuel pump was priced fairly and work was quality. The vehicle very obviously needs more work but they did not try to upsell me and just did what was asked. I absolutely recommend pro automotive to anyone needing an honest mechanic
