Never again. To start it took 1 week to send my insurance company and estimate. Kept saying they sent it which they did not. Then when we did drop it off to get fixed, they called 45 min later asking if they could take it to Omaha, it would get done faster. I said yes please. It's been in Omaha for 2 weeks, and still not done. They tore it apart but have not started getting it out back together, they said they don't have all the parts. Can't give me an Estimated time of being done. I asked them if I can keep my car until all parts came in, they said no they like to put them on as they come in. Clearly they are not doing that. It will be over 1 months of me not having my car, and then not putting parts in as they come in. They are putting it back together when they have all pieces. Never again will I go to caliber anywhere, and will def tell anyone to STAY AWAY!

After I raised my concerns, management was more transparent with me and assured me they are changing practices to be more upfront with future customers. I want to note clearly that I am not receiving financial compensation for this revision. I am updating it only to reflect the full picture of my experience. In shop for 28+ days Completion date kept shifting At times inconsistent information and updates. The delays and missed communication were significant and made the process very stressful. That said, by the end they did resolve some of my issues, and I appreciated their willingness to address feedback and commit to improvement. Updating to 3 stars to reflect both the problems and the steps they’ve taken.
