Do not buy from this place, bought a ford escape, “certified pre-owned” took it to my local mechanic and there were parts of the brakes missing. How did this pass their inspection? Guy in the financing department was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience the second we didn’t want to add on their outrageous warranties. The guy “helping” us passed us off to his friend because he was too busy chatting with another coworker. Awful experience. Zero professionalism, horrendous customer service. Literally go buy a car ANYWHERE else in Lincoln. Reached out to management to address concerns and of course no response. Truly an awful experience

So my son took is 2011 BMW to the service department 2 weeks ago called today they haven’t even looked at his car they say they don’t like working on 2011 what is that supposed to mean is what I want to know . When we were greeted by the people it was such a wired vibe like where did you get money to get a BMW ! Yes my son is 19 years old and drives a B M W that he bought and paid for in high school ! Now mind you this is a nice car ! The moral of the story is discrimination! If he was a white boy coming to buy a 2020 it wouldn’t be a problem ! Terrible terrible service very rude people . And they haven’t looked at the car or started looking at it at all ! So so very rude we will never be back !!!!!!!!! We are paying customers also we have money ! Omaha BMW total differnt vibe ! Sad this is what the world’s coming to .!

Unfortunately very disappointed in my purchase, I financed a 2010 gmc yukon xl for $10,000 and because it was over so many years old I couldn't get any warranties, and within 6 months of owning it had both the engine AND transmission fail, over $3,000 to have the motor repaired and another $6,000 to have the transmission replaced with a remand certified transmission with a 3 year warranty, it leaks significantly into the floor and ceiling when it rains or going through a car wash, and it had a clean title but had clearly been in a rear end accident. It "went through a 200 point inspection" before purchase so I genuinely felt like it should've made it longer than 6 months. Positive notes I guess would be is the staff and salesman were VERY kind and friendly. Just always make sure you take any vehicle to a mechanic and get a second opinion or risk being $20,000 into a $7,500 dollar vehicle.

We had a not so pleasant experience with our credit union and decided to see what Sid Dillon could do for us loan wise. They obliged and got me on the road with the same rate as our credit union and faster. The people we worked with were great. Star Review – Extremely Disappointed After 10 Years as a Loyal Customer I brought my car to Sid Dillon after it completely died. I told them clearly that the car would not turn on and that I smelled gas. Instead of towing it safely to the shop, they forced the car to start and drove it, even though it was pouring fuel into the engine. Because they drove it in that condition, the engine was running with no oil, and it caused internal scratching and damage. After that, they called me and told me I now needed a completely new engine. I got a second opinion from another mechanic, and the issue was actually a bad injector that was dumping fuel into the engine. If Sid Dillon had simply towed my car instead of forcing it to run, my engine would NOT have been damaged. When I called to explain this and request a refund, I spoke to Dennon Hladik, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me I “don’t get to say” they ruined my engine, and even said my car was going to “die sooner or later anyway.” He hung up on me and basically said they didn’t want to deal with my car. I also spoke to the supervisor. He was not rude, but he repeated the same message—no accountability, no responsibility for the damage they caused. I have taken my car to Sid Dillon since 2015. Ten years of loyalty, and this is how they treated me. They have now lost me and my entire family as customers. I will never return. Sid Dillon ruined my car and blamed me, and they took zero responsibility.

After searching for nearly two months for a vehicle in and around the Lincoln area, I was referred to Andrew King at Sid Dillon’s "O" Street location. After about two weeks of looking online and messaging with Andrew, I went to the "O" Street location to do a few test drives. Every step of the way Andrew was incredibly helpful and patient, and he was absolutely no-pressure. In fact, after test driving several vehicles, I decided to wait until I was getting ready to leave and ended up interested in a completely different vehicle. Andrew, and his team with Dillon and Tyler, were very kind and helpful and made sure everything was in order and even followed up after-the-fact to be sure my purchase was working out. I highly recommend Andrew King as a great fit for someone in the market for a no-pressure salesman with patience and knowledge!

I collaborated with Dylan and Courtney! Drove 3.5 hours for a vehicle i've been eyeing for a week or so. Let them know of my interest in one of their vehicles, they answered my many questions. During the process, not once did i feel pressured, or a constant barrage of calls... they were respectful of my process and time in selecting a vehicle. They offered a fair price on my trade-in. The day before i headed out, they notified me of a crack in the windshield but informed me they would replace it free of charge. Great customer service! Both were great to deal with, was in and out of the dealership with my vehicle in 20 minutes tops, and no pressures on warranties. Drove the car home, drives and performs great! Recommended!

Late afternoon, Friday March 6th, 2026. Excellent purchasing experience. Initially, I was interested in looking at a Nissan Sentra and a Nissan Kicks. I had the pleasure of working with Dylan, Courtney, and Tyler. I communicated with Dylan and Courtney by text and phone prior to arriving at the dealership. Dylan and I came to agreeable terms for the purchase of a vehicle, possibly two vehicles before I had arrived in Lincoln. Upon arrival my son and I were greeted by every employee not engaged with a customer. Courtney then showed us the Sentra I was interested in purchasing. My son and I had very good, long test drive. While waiting for the Kicks to arrive to the lot, Courtney took excellent care of us. During the wait we were provided refreshments and offered to test drive an Altima and a Toyota Crown. Both test drives went as well as the first. The Kicks finally arrived and we test drove that, as well. After speaking with Courtney about all four vehicles I made the decision to purchase two of them. After speaking with Dylan about dealership finance options compared to my pre-approvals, I was able to get better financing through Sid Dillon. Finally, I got to meet Tyler. He was excellent in his explanations and guidance throughout the sales contract and loan contract signing process. He also showed and informed me of the additional warranties and service plans I could purchase. At no time was he ever bullish or aggressive about purchasing anything extra. Very informative, and answered all my questions. All three employees are honest, respectful, communicative and stayed an hour and a half late on a Friday night to accommodate my purchase. I’m thankful that my son was able to see and experience what a positive car buying experience should be. Long story short, I bought two cars from Sid Dillon. These are the third and fourth vehicles I have purchased from a Sid Dillon dealership. Previous purchases were made at dealerships in Crete and Wahoo. I will return to Sid Dillon for my next vehicle purchase and take my son and daughter there to purchase their first vehicles. One last shout out to Courtney, Tyler, and Dylan for the exceptional customer service and buying experience. I hope I can do business with the three of you again.
