My daughter's car was overheating. Based upon a referral from a friend she took it to Morris Auto. They got her in right away. Turned out it was just the fuse for the fan. They could have said it was anything and she would not have known the difference. It's comforting to know that they are honest people and she won't be taken advantage of. They gained a customer!

I have recently started going to the auto shop and my first visit made me notice this was an honest group. I was previously told I need $1,200 worth of work done on my car and with a second look from Morris Auto they found the real problem and fixed it for $200. This is not the same company that it was a year ago. It used to be excellent but now it has new owners. The new owner offered to buy my vehicle (after he checked it out) for a certain amount. But then, a couple of days later he reneged on the agreement and offered me 1/3 of the agreed upon price. I would have used the vehicle for a trade-in on a different vehicle but I didn't because I thought it was sold to him.

Yes, the buisness has had a change of ownership, but my experience is that it is as good as before. The staff was friendly. The new owner seems very knowledgable and took time to answer all my questions. They replaced the blower motor on my car and serviced the air conditioning system. The fee seemed reasonable to me for the work done. I will be returning in the future if I need services on a vehicle.

I have finally found a great mechanic(s) in Morris Auto & Truck! I got in the morning after I called about getting my car diagnosed, & fixed, they found the problems immediately! Then had it fixed and ready to go before the day was even over! They where courteous, and professional, I will be a return customer for any further work on my vehicles! I'll be honest, we were a little worried at first but the new owners have been nothing but upfront, friendly and absolutely amazing.
