Said it wouldn't be more then an hour for our pickup to get finished. It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and to look it over. So if you are wanting a fast place I do not recommend them. We will not be going back.

My daughter is a college student and they took advantage of her. She had a slow tire leak and they were supposed to fix it. They called her and said the tire needed replaced. I can fix a nail hole with a plug and know what it takes. Charged her over $210 for 1 tire replacement. The tire itself they charged her $183 for plus the installation fee. The same tire I can buy elsewhere for $80. The problem is I am over 6 hours away and my daughter made a choice to have it fixed at this location and they flat took advantage of a college kid. * *After reading my post the GM from the store called and made this right with me. He explained the situation and the tire that was put on the car. He offered a $50 refund on my total and explained they have a tire match guarantee. He was helpful and I appreciated him making this right for my daughter.

Even though it's a first come first served place, they give time estimates up front. They even notified me (before service started) that it would be an additional 10-15 minutes for a tire rotation with my oil change. And asked if that was okay, before starting the work! Super friendly staff who answered all of my questions. This is where I bring my mom's car, however, I may consider bringing my vehicles here.

I took my car in for an oil change around 10 in the morning. They said there was about an hour wait. At 12:30 I called to check the status and they said they were just pulling it in for the service and it should take 30-45 minutes. I showed up at 1:30 (1 hour later) and they had not even moved it yet. Still waiting. Good thing I didn't sit and wait for it for 4 hours... Update: They gave me $15 off of my oil change to make up for how long the service took.

Had an oil change and the estimate for the works for 70 with tax. They finished the oil change and now it is 100. They didn’t do the tire rotate claiming the tread was to low which was confidently right at the tread depth they claim they can’t by law🤨. Emily and the other gentleman was nice and no complaint on the people but talk about a bait and switch. Claiming they only had full synthetic oil. This should of been I. The estimate if you already new my vehicle and what you had on hand. The dealer across the street is cheaper and I never had this issue with them.

Not quick at all. Spent 2.5 hours at least for an oil change. They told me it would be 1 hour before they took it back.... UPDATE: the GM did call me just before a staff meeting to inquire about this review. He was extremely polite and seemed sincere when he said that he was sorry about this experience and he would make sure to remind the rest of the team to keep customers updated on delays and such even on his day off. I very much appreciated the fact he reached out to find out more about the issue.

Ever since Emily left, this place is a nightmare and a half. Try to drop your car off at 7am. Get told that they have no additional spots for the day…. Multiple days in a row…. Ask to make an appointment… they don’t take appointments. Finally was able to drop the car off. Don’t hear anything until 4:45pm about any work needed. Time to find a different shop. AMAZING!!!! I have always had good luck at Anderson! We go there for general maintenance. The service advisors are amazing! They take the time to make sure that you get what your car needs at an affordable price. They are excellent at showing proof for when parts are needing replaced. I also love the price match guarantee that they offer on tires! Emily is awesome! She always makes sure to get our stuff to us on time and explains any recommendations. I love her bubbly personality and she makes it feel like a hometown shop!

Took my truck in for regular service on 1-15-19. The next day it throws a tire pressure sensor fault. Not the first time this has happened. Went back out today, 1-21-19 and was told I was seventh in line and it would be awhile. Not going back. So much for quick! So much for honoring the quality of your work! They don't take appointments! I'll find somebody else. *** UPDATE *** After posting the above review, I received a phone call from Andrew, an owner of the business. We discussed my issues. I was asked if I would bring my truck back in to allow them to remedy the problems. That service visit was today, 1/24/19, at 4:30 pm. A deeper inspection yielded a TPMS sensor with a near-dead battery. Hopefully, next time I see you guys will be the next scheduled service. Thanks.

Nothing is quick about this place. The customer service is excellent. Prices are higher than other places. Probably gonna find somewhere else. Oil changes should not take an hour and a half. Maybe consider hiring more technicians and get things moving. UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. Went back for another oil change. At least they told me it would be an hour before they could get me in. I left the vehicle with them for 3 1/2 hours. When I returned, guess what? Car hasn't even moved. Just canceled and left. Person at the counter didn't seem to care at all. Was just like, no bug deal, and also left the keys in the car with it unlocked. Terrible customer service. Will never return to this Quick Lane again.

I called their number from google, and they said they will do a 4 wheel alignment for $100 even after they doubled checked price, after the alignment they said its $152 and the advisors said the call center is giving false information and they can't do anything about it and won't honor the quote. Never coming back here again. Alignment was fine.

I went online to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and noticed the message on their site indicating that no appointment is necessary. So I made the mistake of driving 20 minutes up there, only to be told 'sorry, we're booked for the day' when I got there at like 2:00. That was suboptimal. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment every time. When I came back a couple of days later for my appointment, the service was courteous and the work was done in a bit less than an hour. They performed 'the works' service even though I had specifically told them when I made the appointment that I only needed an oil change. I didn't bother arguing with them, I just paid the extra $10. So overall, not a delightful experience, but I've had worse at other places. 4/26/21 Update: They called me this morning and apologized for the extra work / charge. They said they'll refund me to $10 difference.

3rd visit, and my best yet. This time I needed tires. Steve did a great job finding me a great deal and got them installed for a great price. I didn't expect an inspection, but they did find the dirty air filter I've been putting off. Very professional, explained everything well, and was great to work with. And I love the new tires. Thanks for everything!

I've always had great service at this place over the last 10+ years and 3 vehicles! However, I'm taking a star away due to the last year has been nothing but a quick service place. I used to be able to walk in for an oil change and be out of there in 90min. Now. You have to have an appointment or leave it with them for the entire day for an oil change! After 5 plus attempts to call first or just come in. I have switched my services to another company. I can't see leaving my vehicle all day for an oil change. Great service when you can get it though!

Good service, funny thing is they didn't put me down for a 1:00pm APT. There is an employee at the Ford dealership with the same name as mine. Once they figured out the problem they immediately pulled my truck in and serviced it.. great job Joe? < I think that's his name..

This place is a joke. I submitted a request a week ago for an appointment. Got a confirmation for an appointment. Showed up and was told by the guy who never looks at anybody when they walk in or says anything just stares at you as you walk up to him, that someone called me, which they never did, telling me that that day wasn't available. So I made an appointment for today at 10, dropped it off at 9:55, of course the guy who never looks up or says anything to customers was there messing around on his phone. Luckily there was another lady available to help me. Drop the keys and check in for the appointmand. Was told I would be called when the vehicle was ready. It's now 2:10, I called to ask the status of my vehicle and they tell me it's up on the lift right now, they are doing things, whatever that means. So I ask, what does that translate to as far as what time my vehicle will be done and I am told that it should be another hour. I say an hour? I had an appointment at 10 AM to which she replies they only have 2 techs. I suggested to her that maybe some better scheduling would do then. So should be another hour, could be who knows how long. Nothing quick about this quick lane. 5 hours for an oil change. Just an oil change. All of the bad reviews are the real ones.

Someone had vandalized our tires as we were driving cross country. Thankfully QuickLane opened early and Scott and his team were able to get us back on the road super quick. Scott and the entire team were great and showed a high level of care and professionalism.

As loyal customer to FORD I take my vehicles to FORD to be serviced, in Kansas City I get that loyalty to a customer back in return but when I bring my car in for service I’ve noticed each oil change/ tire rotation ticket is more expensive than the last and the car only comes to Anderson FORD. In June of 2024 the service was $96 and some change, and today it was $110.54 for the works package which in the past I was charged for 2 separate services a tire rotation service and oil change but I let that go but after this visit for the works package and they didn’t do anything but an oil change and tire rotation I’ve decided I’d much rather take the car back to Kansas City where the the works package is $76.00 for COMPLETE service and no excuses as to how the prices jump EVERY service trip. (Because they don’t go up) Your service reps didn’t call to tell me the vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to drive by on my way to the highway and seen it sitting outside. You’ve lost a loyal customer but I know that makes no difference to you as you only value the dollar over your customers.

I am at a loss at this point. I don't know that I've ever left a Google review before but since they insisted I leave a review, here you go. I purchased my Volkswagon Atlas from Anderson Ford of Lincoln which includes a 36 month maintenance booklet for free oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Therefore this is where i take my vehicle for this routine maintenance. Yesterday I booked an appointment and dropped off my Atlas for service. Everything went well and I picked up my vehicle and drove home. A few hours later I left my house to run an errand and suddenly a red warning light beeps at me saying "Turn Off Vehicle - Oil Pressure Warning". I pull over and smell nothing but burnt oil. When I returned home i notice a HUGE puddle of oil on the floor of my garage and a trail all the way down my driveway. HERE IS THE KICKER: THIS IS NOW THE SECOND TIME THIS EXACT SITUATION HAPPENED AFTER AN OIL CHANGE FROM QUICKLANE. Literally 2 oil changes ago, this exact same thing happened. Drove it home after service only to find a huge mess in my garage and driveway. The next day they did send out some techs to troubleshoot from my home, then they towed back to the dealership to take a closer look. They did fix whatever it was and attempted to clean the engine as best as the could, but i've been told it's a mess. I now have to pay for an Uber to work and wait to see what they are going to do to make this right. Super disappointing, as everything else about my experience with them has been great, except for the most important part, the quality of the work. It's my own personal preference to stay away from big dealerships as they are known to take advantage of people with unnecessary recommendations for this and that. If I didn't have this maintenance booklet I would be going to a smaller/local service shop where I've never had an issue before. I'm concerned for the health of my vehicle and how this mess will affect all the other components.

Scott Laue is a great service advisor! Came in this morning for a new battery and oil change, I was back on the road in 40 minutes and he even advised me I had Ford Pass rewards I could redeem which took a chunk of money off. THANK YOU for looking out Scott! Definitely recommend this place.
