They have went over & beyond!! Austin is a great guy!! George is also great! I had a complex experience lol from a transmission replacement to figuring out what another smaller issue was.. once a week for a few weeks, throwing money left & right! But every step of the way & trying not to become a pain in the bum (i ask a lot of questions, i love to learn) Austin was there, ready to answer or teach me the ways!! Well today the smaller issue has come to light & was took care of for the time being! BUT for being a lady & dealing with a "mans world" i was NOT treated like i was uneducated but rather was given time to be educated instead!!! Its a great feeling & makes for even greater service!! That truly helps keep us costumers coming back!!

Can’t recommend a better auto shop in Lincoln. Before doing any work after diagnostics, George walked through the options available and each step. Got the work done faster than I could’ve hoped for. The quote for the work was the price paid, no surprise or hidden fees. Austin and George are friendly, knowledgable, and have a level of transparency you can’t find easily these days. Hope your own car doesn’t throw a code anytime soon, but AutoWorks is the place to call first.
