My experience with Walker Tire was great! Matt helped me feel at ease that they would take care of my Van issues. Nicole who worked at the front desk help me find a Hotel to stay at since I was unsure where to stay that would be safe. Everything was taken care of the car and my Hotel stay. A thanks to everyone I didn't know who work on my Van. I would definitely bring my Van again to be worked on. I will also tell other people of my experience at Walker Tire Points & Quick Nicks. My experience this time was exactly like every time before, perfect. This is a family run business and that's how they treat you. Dropped my vehicle off unexpectedly on Monday night and had a diagnosis by the time I called Tuesday morning. It's hard to manage the financial aspect of owning a used car and they get that. They let me know what can wait and what cannot. They also gave me a point by point inspection report on my vehicle which was awesome! After taking my 2000 vehicle to them over the last year, I almost have it to green lights (=good) in all categories. I cannot say enough. Loyal customer for life!

Took 2 hours for an oil change even though they have a "one hour guarantee." After 2 hours, I got in my car and it was smoking under the hood. So then I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for them to figure out what they did wrong. Unless you have all morning for a service that can be done elsewhere in 30 minutes, I'd recommend going there. The lady up front was nice, other than that it was a terrible experience I will not be repeating.

I called to discuss a diagnosis from a car dealer in a different state with staff at Quick Nick's and Jordan spent 20 minutes sharing his expertise. I took our three vehicles in on the same day before noon. All were serviced quickly and efficiently. Any issues detailed out a recommendation made. They do reliable quick work and saving my time is important. I used to change my own oil but when I can save time, money and get a guarantee on service they are the ones you go to! I wasn’t planning to leave a review but since you asked, I had a bad experience at this shop and won’t return. I had an appointment for 130 and was there on time to fix a tire with a nail in it. I was told the repair would take about 30-45 minutes. Over an hour later, my car was in the bay and a guy was looking around on it with a flashlight. Nothing to do with the tire. I was then told, almost 2 hours in, that the tire couldn’t be repaired. I took it to another shop the next day and was told that yes, the tire was not repairable and that the patch put on was botched. I was still charged $26 from this shop. I won’t return and would not recommend

I brought my car into Walker Tire on October 9, 2024 for repairs which cost $1,526.42. When I was driving home my check engine light and two other lights came on. I called Cory at Walker and he told me to bring it back. He charged me another $714.39, $199.60 for the part and $367.31 for labor for an 02 sensor. I took my car in again on August 29, 2025 to get it all ready to drive to California to live near my daughter and grandchildren. The charge was $3,043.63, which included fixing an oil leak, new rear brakes, new spark plugs, etc. Again when I left Walker the check engine light and other two lights came on again. I took it back and they said they put in a new 02 sensor as before but for some reason did not charge me. When I got to North Platte on way to LA my check engine light and the other two lights came on again. I called Cory and he said to turn the car off and then back on and that resets the system and the lights should go off. He also told me he thought I could drive safely all the way to LA because I would not encounter any bad weather. Just outside of Denver I stopped for gas and when I turned the car back on the lights were off as Cory said. When I got 8 miles outside of Beaver UT the check engine light came back on as did all the other lights and my engine seized. I had to pay to have it towed back to Beaver, stay in a hotel for two nights, rent a UHaul, which cost $688.28, to transfer all the packed boxes in my car. I am now in a new city and state with no car. i tried contacting Walker Tire's manager, left several messages, and have never received a response. I have also tried calling the Owner Nick with no answer. This whole ordeal has taken an emotional toll on me. I feel Walker Tire needs to take responsibility for the work that was not performed properly.
