If you don’t want your rims scratch do not take here for repairs, took over an hour to patch one tire while was up front in line, did not fill tire pressure and still paid $25

Took tires to get put on. They put them on backwards. Had really bad shaking on the car took to another tire shop they said they were put on wrong. Never going back there. How you a tire shop didn't know tires were on backwards? Sad

On a road trip across country on a holiday weekend and I had a blowout. They had a quality used tire to for a great price that included installation. On top of that they spent extra time troubleshooting my by tires were having irregular wear. They balanced my tires for free and found the issue.

One star is too generous for this place My mom went to take her tire checked and changed and they put it back without tightening the bolts. Her tire literally popped right out in the middle of the street causing serious damages, $5000 dollars to be precise in damages. After confronting them, the boss lady there would not admit fault. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This is the definition of ‘you get what you pay for’ at this shop.

I came in to replace a tire (drove in on a spare) and the man working noticed I had smaller tires in the front than the back, I told him I knew about it and it was OK. He walked back to his tire pile and came back and said "No, I replace 2 tires for price of 1, that's safer and correct size" I couldn't believe how kind he was! They replaced both and only charged me $50! I will be coming back here from now on!

I highly recommend getting used tires from the mexi tires. They treat you well and if they can't find nothing in your size, they go out of their way for an absolute perfect price. They don't try to snowball you like some places do I just went there last week and he only had two tires and I was trying to get four tires and he put two on there and it wasn't working right so he went out of his way and it took a couple more days and he got me two good front running tires so I got to. I got four tires that are absolutely going to last me for a while. I highly recommend mexi tires. They absolutely balance them too and make sure they're running like new and you're in and out and no problem

I came here to fix a flat tire. They did a good job fixing the leak. But, I was getting loud noises from the tire. I checked them to a mechanic and he couldn't figure that out. Later found that all lug nuts were loose. I had been driving like that for 2 weeks. It was a simple thing but could have been costly had I not found the issue earlier. I hope they don't forget to tighten the nuts again.

My visit to this shop was terrible. I will never visit this place again. They charge their customers so much money to fix a tire. I took my vehicle's tire for a fix, and they charged me $25.00.

I bought two tires from this shop, and the owner assured me they would last at least six months. Not even four days later, I took my car in for unrelated work, and during their inspection I was told I urgently needed new tires. I contacted the shop right away, and the owner told me to come in at a certain time. When I showed up, he wasn’t there. I’ve followed up with multiple texts, calls and still have received no response. The employees themselves were helpful and professional I have no complaints about them. My issue is strictly with the owner/management. If you sell a product that fails almost immediately, you should stand behind it and make things right. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend others do either.

Very Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I brought my Mercedes in for a tire issue, and they used a drill to tighten the lug nuts — something no reputable shop should be doing on a vehicle like this. On top of that, the tire they installed was not sealed properly and started leaking soon after. When I tried to remove the rim myself, the lug nuts were so overtightened that I couldn’t get them off. I brought the car back to the shop, and instead of owning their mistake, they told me I’d have to pay an extra $30 just to get the rim off — a problem they caused in the first place. The shop felt completely unorganized. No manager was available, no clear rules or policies, and the entire experience came off as extremely unprofessional and chaotic. I would not recommend this place to anyone — especially if you value your car or customer service. Stay far away.
