My 99 Silverado stalled and would not start. I was at Russ's IGA on East O one block from Graham tire. I suspected a fuel pump and that's what it turned out to be. I was quoted $1,400. Turns out the part was under warranty. I paid a total of $563 parts and labor on 10/2021 to my local mechanic here in Otoe county. I paid Graham tire $262 for the work they performed 8/25. I paid $216 to have it towed to my local mechanic the part was no charge because of warranty but I had to pay the labor that was $300. So after all was said and done with the bill from Graham, $262, tow bill $216 and $300 to my local mechanic = $778 I still saved approximately $600. My guy charged me 2.5 hours labor @ $110 per hour. I understand businesses have to make money and the inflation Factor. But as I said 2021 I paid a total of $563 parts and labor. And I was up front and told all this to the people at Graham tire, hoping maybe I could get a break from them but no. I guess they are willing to watch business walk away so they can make what I think was a huge markup. I never asked how many hours it would take Graham to replace the fuel pump. But the average repair shop charges 2.5 hours to do that job. And the average price for a fuel pump is approximately $150 if I were to walk in and buy the pump myself and I'm sure Graham tire gets a better deal than the average walk-in customer when it comes to parts buying. I have bought tires from Graham and as I recall I was treated Fair. Mechanical work I'm not so sure about that. And everything I have said in this review I can back up with receipts.

My experience at Graham tire was excellent. I went from agitated to content then satisfied. One of the four tires I had bought just 10 months ago, now had a sidewall puncture. The team worked to replace the flat tire with the exact same tire, mounted & balanced for only $7 more than 10 months ago and they cleaned the cabin air filters. All around great service 👍🏽

Last Thursday, Jan 16th I came out of a doctor's appointment and noticed my back tire on the driver's side was very low. I pulled into Graham Tire on "O" Street and asked if they had time to check my tire pressure. The gentleman man came out within 10 minutes and as he was putting air into my tires, he noticed a screw was inbedded in the really low tire. The technician assured me that it was fixable and that my tires still had a lot of tread. I was very grateful that the tire was fixable and that they got me in right away. They had it fixed within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. Last week I had the crud that is floating around Lincoln so I was not up for sitting in there for a prolonged period of time. I have popped in there a couple of times. Last summer I planned on taking a trip to Texas and they checked my tires for me and told me that they were in great condition. Both times they were respectful, honest and got me checked out very quickly. I will most likely go back for an oil change and tire rotation in the next couple of weeks, they are so convenient to my home.

I have gone here for a few years now for routine oil changes as well as other unexpected car issues like needing a new side mirror or getting a part replaced because of a check engine light. Each time I was able to get same day service. Once they found a part in Omaha so I could get my car fixed on the same day. The process to get my car in always is smooth and communicative. Cheaper than a dealership with the same great service…maybe even better!
