Brought both my son’s vehicle and my vehicle to Watsons for the first time. Excellent customer service. Got me on the schedule quickly even though they seem to be a busy shop. A thorough inspection was performed and priority issues were addressed at a lower rate than previous mechanic. The priorities were also different than previous mechanic, as suspected, which is why I sought new services. I had some costly repairs and they worked through my tears professionally lol. The final cost was about $200 less than original quote and they helped with more than originally agreed. They also have a very clean and women friendly washroom.

Best service I’ve ever had was working out of town and put my work truck in the shop for repairs. Well Derrick and Daniel said instead of waiting all day they drove us to the hotel to wait the repairs out. Then picked us back up when they were done. Thank you guys so much.

I like how clean the environment is and even the people in the front are very presentable and over all professional. I had a curiosity inspection for it being my first time there and they were very thorough. One of my favorite parts is that I got my vehicle back in the condition I gave it to them in. I had an older pickup that I lent to a man who was trying to get his life above water. He called and said the pickup was suddenly vibrating and running VERY rough. A mechanic could have taken us to the cleaners. Watson fixed the problem (drive shaft) with a certified used part for less than $500 and warned me of suspension issues without pressure to have them fixed immediately. Great service. I trust them.

I got a radiator hose replaced that was a 1000$ seemed a little high but benefit of the doubt goes to them cause I’m not a mechanic.(disclaimer my bumper was cracked already) But when I got my car back my front bumper was crumbling the vw emblem in the grill was completely gone. It appeared someone was trying to get leverage with a knee or foot on my bumper and broke it badly. Then just didn’t say or do anything about it. The guys in the shop didn’t even know anything about it. And pretty much told me I could get a good price to replace it. That was kinda insult to injury cause I just payed them a 1000$ to fix and break my car apparently.
