I delivered for Randy, he was super rude, it’s not my fault you gave no tip and everyone declined your order, I was paid by one of the companies, and he decided it was fine to take his anger out on me, just because I’m not customer doesn’t give you the right to treat me with disrespect, have a nice day, your rating went up by a star.

This man provides the BEST service in town. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his work and his customers needs and situations. I have not seen this kind of HONEST AND CARING SERVICE anywhere else in many years. I have never taken the time to write a review for anything before, but having 2 vehicles breakdown this past 6 months in our family and having someone like Randy take the time to explain the situation and explore the best options for resolution to our crisis has been a blessing.

Love this place! Randy always makes time to get me in and he tells me like it is. I have taken multiple cars to him, mine, my daughters and my old one. He calls me and tells me what needs to be done an approximate price range and waits for the green light to start work. He works quickly and efficiently and calls me as soon as the vehicle is ready. Sometimes he can't get me in right away and he's honest about that too. Instead if having me drop off my car to wait in line while others are repaired (like other places will do), he let's me know when he has actual availability, so I can get in and out!

Can't say enough good things about Randy, he's honest, hard working, fair and effective in his service knowledge. Had a starter on my 1999 Toyota 4Runner with 300k miles go bad, and he did an amazing job at a great price. Here's someone I would trust sending loved ones to for their vehicle service needs, where I know they'll be treated right...the old school way!

Dropped my car off for what was supposed to be a one day fix (or at least diagnostic). Ended up taking 2 days and when we took it out for the first trip, it overheated. Called and spoke to Randy who didn’t seem interested in helping, he even said he was busy and couldn’t this week. Waste of our time and money and we couldn’t even figure out what he had replaced. I understand he’s busy but if he can’t fix something he should say “no” and not rush this work. I was trapped on O street in 90 degree heat with my baby.
