Cory not only talked everything through with my daughter, but her did so in a way that was enjoyable and gave her great confidence to skip some of the suggestions made, until a later date. Took my vehicle there on sept 11,2025 for brake work not only didn’t my vehicle come back with more problems then it started with but I took it back to them explaining the problem they called me back a day later saying they don’t know what problems I’m talking about, I then had to walk to the shop drive with a technician and show them the problem myself. They call me back a day later saying they can’t fix it and i need to take it to another shop. They had made my remote function actuator malfunction and cost about 1000$ to fix and on top of that the brake work they did wasn’t proper came back with a missing caliper clip. All of this occurred in their shop and they have been making it a very difficult situation to get in contact with the right people to fix their wrong doings.

Awful awful, awful awful customer service. I live right down the street and they always have a car right in the middle of the alley to where I can't get into my driveway one time, I hunked and they came out cussing and screaming at me. I had to call the police on them. I have also. Went there for problems with my tires. In the past and they were rude, then too. I would go anywhere about this place. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

This place is hands down the most unprofessional place that I have ever came encounter with. I've been living in my home for almost 6 years, right down the street. They always have the alley blocked. When you ask them to move the vehicles, they will tell you that it's their property. Which, it's not? It's public property, it's an alley. They have came out cussing me out before for trying to go through a public alley. Because that's the way I have to get to my house to park my vehicle. I have had to call the cops on these people twice. I've had to turn them into the Better Business Bureau. They're being investigated. I have pictures and videos of what they have done. They just do not care 1 bit about Customer service or returning customers go anywhere.But here, I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle.For nothing

My 73-year-old recently widowed mother-in-law brought her car here to get it ready for a drive to California. They charged her over $3000 for various things (1/3 the value of her car....), including "fixing" an oil leak. After driving for a couple of hours, her check engine light came on (this happened right after the last time she went to them as well, and they charged her another $700 to fix it). She immediately pulled over (as did I, following in a U-Haul truck) and called the mechanic (Cory) on speaker phone. Cory said not to worry, the car was mechanically sound and she could keep driving, likely just a sensor fault again. He said he didn't know why this kept happening, and to take her car to a Lexus dealership in California upon arrival, as they would have better "diagnostics tools" for her particular car. The next day, the car's engine seized up and the car is now a brick. She and I have both called Walker Tire and left multiple VMs for the manager, with no response. Walker Tire destroyed her car and then ghosted her. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unethical. OWNERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED. UPDATE: In response - I was with Becky when she called Cory. I listened to the conversation when he told her she could ignore the check engine light and keep driving. Regardless of anything else you say - that happened, it was wrong, and Walker Tire bears blame because of it. You’ve also ignored every call from Becky and I since it happened. That is absolutely reprehensible and no way to run a business. It also stinks of acknowledged guilt.

They have done numerous jobs for me. Oil, tires, transmission flush, etc…. They are friendly and thorough. I had a car that needed numerous things done. They sat down with me and helped priorities what needed to be done and what could wait. Last night after work I saw i had the beginning of a flat tire. I went right there. They had just closed. They easily could have told me it will have wait until Monday but they said they would look at it. They were able to repair it. They are professional and thorough. Go there.

He took the time to explain a few upcoming maintenance issues I might want to address down the road (pun intended) and helped me prioritize them so I could plan and budget appropriately. There was zero condescension, just honest and helpful communication. They also got my oil change done quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this shop for friendly, efficient, and trustworthy service! Also, they have a comfy waiting area if you plan to wait for your car service.
