The car turned out great, and they detailed the inside as well! Scott made sure the parts needed to fix my car were ordered and in before I brought my car in. The entire experience was great given the circumstances. I didn’t like the fact I had to repair my vehicle after someone hit me but Scott made the process easy. He handled communication with the at fault party’s carrier and kept me informed throughout. The finished product was also stellar. If you need body work, Joe’s should be at the top of the list of options.

Big shout out to Scott and everyone at Joe’s Body Shop! I have an older VW Beetle, and the original paint was a limited custom factory color. They were able to track down the exact paint color and restore my car to its original condition! I have a real emotional attachment to this vehicle, because it belonged to a dear friend who passed away a few years ago. I've had several interactions with Joe's Body Shop and have always been impressed by the quality of the work and the staff. Scott explains everything in detail that's going to be done and exactly how much it will cost. I was kept in the loop about the timeline for when my vehicle would be finished. The last repair was actually completed ahead of time and the work was outstanding. It was impossible to tell that any damage had occurred at all. I highly recommend Joe's Body Shop!

We had initially taken our car to a body shop that was in network with our insurance. My sense is that the amount of work are Car needed was beyond their interest or ability to repair. So we took it to Joe’s body shop in Lincoln Scott, the owner manager was phenomenal. His body repairs were exceptional, beyond what we expected. He guided us through options regarding factory original parts and aftermarket parts. Scott additionally help navigate needed mechanical repairs that were done by a separate mechanical repair shop. Scott did an excellent job of coordinating all of this. We got our car back in exceptionally good condition. Our VW clean inside and out never looks so good. We truly couldn’t ask for anything more. If you want to feel/know you’re leaving your car in great hands, then take it to Joe’s!!!! You’ll sleep well at night, knowing that the work will be done right and on time!! Jeff And Angela Keogh
