They were friendly. I stopped by because my toe light was on. One looked a little lower then the others so I mentioned it. They took it off and sprayed it to check for leaks. He said the pressure was 50 lbs. In my mind I was wondering then why are you checking for leaks. He took the tire off the rim and put sealer on it and put it back on. He let air out of my other tires because they had to much air. They charged me $35. I still can't figure why they didn't just let the air out of the tires and have me on my way. Why they took the tire off and sealed it when it didn't show any leaks. They contacted me back and we discussed why they did and that there WAS an issue they addressed that could have resulted in more issues. They offer a refund for the service beings it wasn't explained at the time.

AMAZING! Called and the manager of the 48th location walked me through various options of tires and what he thought would be best for my 2019 blazer. From there ordered them that Day got me and got new tires on my car that exact same day and when I drop my car off, he told the service tech to be careful as my rooms are powder coated which Timmy was stellar customer service to remember something like that. I had to get my catalytic converter and O2 sensors replaced. They quoted me half the price another mechanic did, which was a great deal! I also got my car back the same day, while my other mechanic usually takes a day or two. They saved me $1,000 on that repair! They were also able to get my sister’s car in for new wheels and gave us a great deal on that as well. They really care about their clients and are quick to point out and quote anything that may need attention. I’m super happy with their service!
