Scott exceeded my expectations in the most genuine way I’ve experienced in the car repairing realm. What started as a simple tow for flat tires (ended up needing rims too), turned into Scott offering to help me find parts and even put them on, when I had no idea (and a bit in shock still) what to do, best place to go, and tight on cash. The parts I was looking at were ranging from $450-650 a piece. Scott looked around and hooked me up with $70 a piece. He cut me an amazing deal and helped me out with a smile on his face. It’s apparent to me Scott wants to do this because he cares. I felt like more than a customer with him. The next time I have an issue I know where to go and feel at ease with the trust I have with him.

My car broke a ball joint and I was stranded on the side of a highway, gave Scott a call at Scott's towing and he dropped the car off at my mechanic shop and gave me a ride there as well. Very personable guy and showed up very quickly. Made the day just that much easier having someone prompt and easy to work with like that.

I HIGHLY recommend Scott to anyone! My car was in a ditch about 1.5 miles off the highway on a gravel road. Other towing companies in the Lincoln area said they wouldn't do that type of work because their trucks would get too dirty. I called Scott at 5pm and he was around an hour away on another job. He drove around an hour to the gravel road and winched my car out in not an ideal scenario. He was concerned about getting the car out, not damaging anything, but also got very muddy in the process! After my car was safely out of the ditch - He offered for me to come by his shop so he could air up my tires prior to heading back to Lincoln. GENUINE AND QUALITY SERVICE! Affordable price. I could not recommend him more. Please call Scott!

My fiancée got our car stuck on our property just outside of Hickman, NE. We thought it was great that he pulled my fiancée out and it only took about 15 minutes. The surprise came when he billed my fiancée over $280.00 for 15 minutes of work. I understand paying a fair price for good service but when those that provide a service and then present an outrageous that we paid shows what kind of guy Scott is. He'll help you but will also take advantage of women and maybe others too as will charge you out the *ss for the service. In comparison, I was stuck much worse in Rural Nebraska and the guy from Niobrara, NE did a lot of work, and it took a couple hours to get our flat tire fixed and as well as a tow. He was going to charge us less than $100.00 for his help but we gave and additional $150 because he downright earned it. Scott sure didn't though. Scott is just another owner of a company that will take advantage of those that he can.

lately I've had a string of bad luck & wasn't expecting having my car towed to brighten my day, but that's exactly what happened. Scott was a real pro~ he kept me updated on his ETA & made an obvious effort to help me out before tonight's big storm. After almost losing my tire on the hwy and waiting for 4 hrs+ for roadside assistance for a tow company no where in sight, contacted Scott who happened to be very close and headed our way. He arrived not 5 minutes after the call. He then had my car safely hooked up and towed it to my residence. He is awesome!!! My husband thought we were going to get a hefty charge since it was after hours but was pleasantly surprised when Scott handed him the bill, under $200. Took his business card to share. We never needed a tow before, but we now know our go to guy. He is courteous, quick, and knows what he is doing. Thank you Scott!

Scott did an amazing job! My truck needed to be towed on a flatbed. Called Scott, and he came out promptly, was polite, and was very understanding. He was able to get my truck up on the flatbed easily. He towed it to my mechanic, but when that mechanic couldn't fix the truck within my budget, I called Scott a couple days later and asked him to tow it to a second mechanic. Payments for each tow were super easy and reasonable. The towing truck/flatbed he used was newer. Appreciated his kindness on a COLD COLD day, and his willingness to move the truck twice. HIGHLY recommend if you ever find yourself in a situation and need a tow!

Scott went above and beyond taking our call after hours. We had a flat tire on highway #2 Saturday evening. He took our call, answered all my questions. We ended up changing the tire ourself but he answered questions we had in attempting to do that. He could have said good luck and hung up after I told him we were going to try by ourselves.
