Tried to get a noise taken care of on my car, oil change, battery replacement and replace air filter. Technician said there was no noise which cost me $150 for him to just look at the car and tell me there was no noise. When I picked up the car, I went less than a mile before it started making the noise again. It then cost me an additional $400 for oil change, battery replacement and replace airfilter to bring the grand total to $585 for those services which should have cost me maybe $300 max. They also had my car for almost 2 weeks which is way too long to complete the 3 minor services I mentioned before. The only good thing that came from this interaction was that the ladies at the front desk were very nice.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago
