Not impressed. I got the supreme which included vacuum, wash, tire shine. I asked to wash my trunk mat and they said it would cost extra. That’s fine. When I get the car back that’s the only mat they washed. Not the other rubber floor mats. Also the inside barely looked touched. I came 10 minutes before closing and they definitely rushed through the job. I called ahead to make sure it was ok that I came right before closing. Will not go back. Waste of $30

These best place to get your car washed. People are super respectful and go above and beyond when it comes to doing a good job and getting work done. I’ll never go anywhere else. Also the prices are fare and amazing.

I went last year regularly. I received one of those stamp cards for a free wash. I never get the full service. I usually get the next level washes with undercarriage and ceramic spray. It’s like $25-$30 dollars per wash. I went in with my 10 stamped card and asked for full service with tire shine. The guy at the desk said tire shine wasn’t included. I said no problem I’ll pay for it. He said next time, no problem. I was like great. While I wait for the car to go through the machine the guy comes out and says something to the team outside. I’m waiting for the drying and tire shine. They dry the car and walk away. I asked what about the tires. The team said the guy inside said no tires. What is that? I offered to pay for the tire shine. I got a black sports car, it needs shiny tires. I said I would pay. My wife still goes there because it’s close to home. She said take her ticket for a free wash. I have two cars, I won’t take a free wash there for either. He said the tire shine would be three dollars, I said I’ll pay for it. I wasn’t expecting anything for free except the wash, which I spent over $250 to earn. Even Denny’s doesn’t charge for the napkins. Hopefully, the cost of the tire shine took em far.

I never give a review but I had to for this place what can I say, I just purchased a used car and brought it in for a shampoo and disinfectant service. They did an amazing job and I didn't have much confident that they would do a good job. But i was pleasantly surprise also because it was a cold day but I think they did it indoors. They also do boat detailing and I will bring my boat in for a detail in the spring.

Took my car in for a wash and detail, crew was very thorough, I was there for about 45 min, in that time around 12 other cars came in and out. My car was clean and looked good as was every other car a saw come out, staff was friendly and polite to myself and the other customers. Definitely will go back next time any of my vehicles need a wash!

The manager is very nice but I never receive the full wash. Windows would be terrible or they would not touch the dash. Final straw, went in last week and a few days later I realized someone took at least $10 worth of quarters out of the car. I commute. No one has ever even sat in my back seat. Car went nowhere else. Not worth going back, they are expensive and do not do a thorough job.

This was my third try at this car wash which I would consider one of the worst full service wash facilities I've ever been to. The quality of the interior cleaning each time has consistently been terrible. Simple vacuuming wasn't done in each case, and today the exterior lower windshield well was still full of tree moss material, which was the reason I went there in the first place. I had to clean it out myself in their parking lot. Drive a little further and get your car washed somewhere else.

Honestly disappointed with the job that was done. Outside was somewhat, clean yet there was still crap on the outside so even then that wasnt too great. Interior looked like a hot greasy mess. The 'seat wax' or whatever they put on the interior stained my clothes.. Floor was not vacuumed well at all. And they didnt even vaccum my trunk. Car was still dirty after leaving.. wont ever go here again.

Pro Wash does a great job in washing and detailing. They are very professional and nice to their customers. Its a good experience going there. Your car will look nice and shiny afterwards with no streaks . I highly recommend them for your car washing needs!

Always have been very detailed in interior cleaning. Sometimes I ask for further interior detail or tire shine and they are always so polite and happy to do it. Been a happy customer here for ~20 years!! I try to come at off-peak times, as they get very busy. Worth noting, also, that their vacuum suction is very strong and will not leave residue, as I experienced elsewhere once.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TIPS ON THE CARD There are some really nice workers but the management is really nasty towards their crew, I left a really big tip because those guys deserved that tip, they did a great job with my car, little did I know that all of the tips made by card are never given to them, the management keeps them!!, that’s so unfair, so, PLEASE, if you want to leave the guys a tip, PLEASE DO IT IN CASH, I saw a big guy from management yelling at his workers and it aggravates me because they (management) are not even working for that tip.

I am strongly disappointed with the service given by this car wash. I paid $50 for a deep clean, just to be given my car back with my dash being scratched up. Once told the manager he says it was not them but I 100% know my car did not have those scratches on the dash and basically was given no resolution at all. So be careful because clearly if they do something to your vehicle they will not hold accountable for their actions nor try to give any type of resolution for such discontent from the customer.

Fast and affordable service. They will clean inside and out and aren't afraid of the tornado that may exist inside. You get to watch your vehicle as it gets its bath. Fun for kids as well!

Poor attention to detail. I gave these days another chance. This time I paid for a Super Wash..it 2as worse than to regular wash. After I went in to let them know I wasn't happy a few started spraying here and there. I even showed them that the crevice over the hatch had not been touched along with the interior kicks near the doors. Bending is an issue to this crew. No effort. Never going again. You shouldn't either!

Got me right in after I called ahead to make sure my truck would fit. It's on the taller side with a cap and riser PLUS ladder racks. Good value wash and only took a couple minutes. The drying attendants were very nice and friendly. Truck looks great and I'll be back for my other vehicles as well. Thanks!
