Hace como 4 o 5 meses lleve mi rav4 2020 por un golpe que me dieron y cuando me lo regresaron la ventana no subia derecho. Y solo hasta la mitad y luego le habían dejado bolitas de pintura y salpicado de pulimento. El muchacho se portó amable y me pidió disculpas y se comprometió a ir hasta mi trabajo para arreglarlo el mismo. Si lo hizo pero yo ya no lo revise bien y se notan los rayones cuando lo volvió a detallar

I recently had a positive experience at Pro Color Collision body shop, and I want to share my gratitude with the entire team, especially Everth and Nancy. After taking my car to another body shop, I was deeply disappointed with the sloppy work they did. This experience left me with no confidence in their abilities. The other body shop even asked me to take my car back because they would fix it, but the work they did showed a complete disregard for quality standards. In contrast, when I recently acquired my vehicle from the body shop where I had a positive experience, I was exceptionally impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Nancy and the exceptional bodywork performed by Everth. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at the body shop. Everth and Nancy deserve a special commendation for their exceptional customer service.

Took my car in for repair, received call to pickup, arrived, and paint job was bad, dirt in paint, original damage still visible, car dirty inside. Overall customer service/satisfaction big "0". Lies and 0 apologies. After 3 more days, they fixed it. It was a 3-inch cut on the bumper. Could imagine what I bigger job might take. Save yourself a headache and go with a reputable shop. Never again will I take to them. Ever Mngr needs sobre customer training skills. And the owner as well.

This is the second time I use ProColor Collision. The owner Armando is very knowledgeable & explains the process & gives a good estimated time on when the vehicle will be done. He has wonderful staff, supervisor Everth is also involved in all the vehicles and is very nice. They even washed the outside/inside on my Jeep. Definitely recommend this location.

I came across this place back in 2021, my daughter required repairs on her Volvo(minor accident)Excellent work. Her vehicle was returned in a timely fashion. The staff there are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. My daughter was constantly receiving updates on her repairs. Since then, we have taken our other vehicles there for repairs. We received same great treatment each and every time. Our Chevy Volt (maintenance repair), Charger scat pack 2022 (accident repairs), Camaro 2ss 2023 (upgrade work), 2014 Camaro (maintenance and currently a complete repair as unfortunately it was deemed a total loss 😔) , and lastly a 2018 Camry (maintenance work). Now let me tell you, there has been times that some of these vehicles noted above have required tow service. All I had to do was send Evert a text message and our vehicle was picked up within in 20 min. It did not matter the time of day. A few times Evert would even open his shop to provide us with portable cable charger to loan to us. Evert has gotten our vehicles out of horrible situations with a simple call/text. Evert has gone as far as teaching my sons what to look for if an issue would arise with their vehicle. Evert is an angel in disguise. Let me add that he also personally picks up and drops off vehicles if you have an issue doing it yourself. My adult children and myself are extremely thankful for Everts attentiveness. Gracias Evert!

Took in my 07 Tahoe for repairs and I have to say this place is awesome not only do they have excellent customer service (Ever is the best) but the repairs are impeccable my Tahoe looks like a brand new suv. The paint and repairs looks so good that you can’t even tell it’s been in an accident before. If you need a repair shop with great repairs, great customer service and timely repairs I highly recommend PRO COLOR in East Los Angeles ask for Ever.

Took in my Honda Civic Si for a fender bender repair and they were able to fix it within a few days and returned it looking like new. There was a cosmetic piece that was delayed because of supply issues with Honda, but they returned my car asap so that I could move around and stayed in contact with updates about progress on the piece. Services were itemized and seemed fair. Went back a separate time for a minor scratch and they were able to do a quick fix with paint they had on hand. Not a huge detail job, but just what I requested since it is my daily car and I just did not want a black streak showing. They did this job for free and I was in and out in 20 mins. Very professional and I would recommend.
