Took the car here recommended from all the nearby mechanics. If you are unsure of what’s wrong with your car and want to stop taking guesses as to what it is. This is the place they will identify the problem and not tell you to change 4 other things you don’t have to. They did better than Honda themselves when handling my car. Told me what I can change in the near future as well very considerate. Fair prices!!

Called Sam the owner and scheduled an appointment to bring my van in and have a diagnostic done and was quoted a price of $200. Sam told me to arrive between 7am and 9am in order to have my van looked at on that day. I arrived to my appointment at 7am. Sam took all of my information, he asked me what was wrong with my van. I explained to him the issues that I was having. He then told me that if he wasn't able to diagnose the issue I would still have to pay the $400 diagnostic fee which isn't what he told me over the phone. I told him first of all you outed me a fee of $200, secondly I told him that if he isn’t able to give me a diagnosis then I shouldn’t have to pay a fee. He said that he still expected to get paid because of all the time that I would have taken to do the diagnosis. Now keep in mind the diagnostic hasn’t even been performed yet we’re already talking about a $400 fee that is due. I told Sam the owner that I had no problem with paying the diagnostic fee but if he couldn't give me a diagnostic then why I be liable to pay a fee. Initially on the phone when scheduling my appointment Sam told me that the fee was $200 and that once it’s diagnosed I could pay for the diagnostic and have my van repaired somewhere else or the $200 would go towards the repair of the van. I told Sam I didn't have a problem with paying the diagnostic fee and that I just wanted the issue with the van fixed. I agreed to leave the van told him I would wait around while they did the diagnostic. Sam told me I couldn't wait at his shop and that I had to leave. He said there was no where in his shop to accommodate me. He said he had 4 other cars ahead of me that he had to repair first before he could begin the diagnostic. There was no where to park the van which Sam had already parked at the corner in the red. I asked Sam if he was going to leave the van parked on the corner in the red and seeing as though he had 4 cars ahead of mine would it be OK to leave the van parked there and that I didn't want my catalytic converter to get stolen and he instantly became rude and said that he wasn't going to perform the diagnostic on the van and for me to wait on some other guy who comes in at 8am to work on the van and walked away. The mere fact that he was already thinking about getting paid verses fixing the issue was a problem for me, but to just deny me a service because I questioned me getting a ticket coupled with an additional replacement of a catalytic converter at $1000 plus dollars because you would be leaving the van unattended and then walking away after scheduling an appointment with me was another. He has no professionalism at all. His fees are astonishing and so is his mouth. If this is the attitude coming from him imagine the work that he will be performing. If you’re looking for a specialist please keep looking. Don’t even waste your time.

Well, I went in there a couple days ago with my 2005 Chevy Cavalier. And I’ll tell you what it’s been the best experience I have ever gotten in a mechanic. I told the guy at the front desk what my problem was and he said no problem. He’ll have it fixed By the end of today and sure enough at the end of the day it was fixed! This is day three and no problems with My car!! I really recommend Sam’s auto. Fantastic customer service they knew what they was talking about! I only recommend Sam’s auto!! Go here!
