Taken two tire jobs over here. Both times they were looking out for me. Had a couple bent rims they found and told me about on the first job. Second job they found a slice in a tire and although wasn't detrimental, wanted me to be aware. 5 stars for an honest small town shop that deserves your business.

Possibly one if the best tire buying experiences I've ever had. I called ahead for specific tires. They quoted me a price. And they stuck to that quote. Plus the quote was more than $150 below another one I'd gotten elsewhere. Speedy, quality service. If I was sticking around the area, I would probably start taking my car to them for oil changes.

Took 8 hours to change a tire, to then be put in the back of the line to get it fixed. Was given no compensation and gave no effort for caring about the issue. Terrible service would not recommend, will continue going to Firestone where you can receive good service.

Update 2: Oct. 2023, they're still providing great service. New rear brakes. Update: Still great to do business with. New tires and alignment this last time. Jeremy is very friendly, pricing is fair and the service is great. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

I'd like to stop and give a VERY HUGE shout-out. Jeremy and the crew have been absolutely amazing. Affordable price for the working man. A little high I'll admit BUT not so high that I couldn't afford. Jeremy worked with me and my car and took complete care of my car so I can get back to doing what I love, delivering fresh hot food to my customers. To everyone at Proctorville tire and alignment. You definitely have made a repeat customer out of me. Anytime I need help with anything that has to do with my wheels and axles, I'll stop by and see you guys first before anyone else.

Do not recommend. They damaged my brand new rims. Brought it to their attention and they just say it couldn’t have been from them. They was brand new untouched before they had their hands on them. Once I got home and looked on the back side of the rim, they tried to hide a big scratch with permanent marker. Total bull crap. Will never go back to that place again.

I do Google reviews all the time.And you can look over my reviews.I don't normally give bad ones. However, after just being forced to buy 4 brand new tires, not from them.But from someone else , I feel it only fair to warn people. I called about 5 months ago. I'd say I've been sick so I've lost track of time. My tires were only about 2 and a 1/2 years old, and I was having service down on my car and they explained to me that my tires were dry rotted, I contacted Proctorville, tire and was told they don't cover dry rotted tires, I said, well, I bought them from And they said I must not have them in the right area for them to dry rod.I said I live in the same area that I bought them and no one else.I know how to drive out of tires. Keep in mind i'm a senior and I only drive about six thousand miles a year or so. My new tires cost me approximately the same.But I feel like they're better grade anyway. I thought about contacting the better business bureau I still might. My wife and I used to get our cars serviced.They are all the time back in the 80s and 90s, and early 2000s.Then I moved to Florida and came back.I guess they have new owners not at all like the previous company.
