I would highly recommend this business. They are professional,, honest, and reasonably priced. They have exceptional customer service from making an appointment to service. I was well informed as to what needed to be done now and what may need to be done in the future, so I could anticipate. Milton is extremely knowledgeable and it’s obvious when he speaks about something needing to be repaired. I was referred to him from another auto place. They said “We send clients to Milton if we can’t figure out a problem. There isn’t an issue Milton can’t figure out”.

The owner saved my butt! My serpentine belt broke off and I was from far out of town and even though he was about to close he allowed me to tow my car there and had me on the road in no time at all. The owner is a great guy and you should come here just for that reason.

Milton, Kerri, and their staff are kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A friend of mine recommended them because of affordability but also the quality of work. There are near by cafes/library to work near by that you can wait at until the cars ready. I had to get a few bearings and axle replaced, I’ve had no issues since!

I took my car in without even calling first (don’t recommend, I know an appointment or call should always be made first, but this was a very spur of the moment issue leaving me unable to drive my only vehicle) BUT they serviced my car that day finding and fixing the issue, extremely fast, very efficient, kindly and reasonably priced. Absolutely not one of those shops who make it seem like they’re out to get money out of you. Extremely great shop and heavily recommend!

Fantastic experience! I always dread going to a mechanic as I know very little about car repair. I usually feel like I'm being bamboozled but have no way to know. I did NOT feel like that all with Milton at Professional Auto Care. I went to the shop with multiple error messages firing on my dashboard. We were able to troubleshoot that it was only an old battery. He didn't have it in stock but was able to get one delivered and installed quickly. I was back on the road without spending much at all. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and contentious auto repair service.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I took her advice. My car is only 2 years old, but the free oil changes at the dealership ran out. I was already feeling that the dealership wasn't doing a great job, but I was nervous to go somewhere else. Milton and Keri at Professiinal Auto Care are amazing! My car feels like it runs smoother. WOW ...how do I rate Milton and his team as a 10 ! They have gone over and above on everything from: 1 rebuilding the engine on my 1953 Cadillac , 2 getting my top to go up and down on my 2005 Mercedes 3 providing regular service ( ie Brakes ) on our Lexus . Beyond their incredible knowledge and performance is how they always find a way to take care of my problems.!!!!! Yesterday was a perfect example. My left front light was out and I was going to pick up a bulb at O'reilly and just put it in . O'reilly's wanted to charge me $100 ! I could not get my hood open. Stopped in at 5:00 pm figuring Milton could look at the next day ! He pulled it right in , got the hood open and put in a new head light that only cost me $29 And I was on my way !! Non better and over 75 years I have seen them all

I stopped in very late in the day to get my battery changed out and they not only were extremely helpful but even spent the extra time helping me flush out my old coolant and get new fluid in after my engine showed signs of overheating. I arrived in town with warning lights going off. Professional Auto Care said they would squeeze my car into their schedule to at least diagnose the problem for me. Several hours later they called and had completely taken care of it... solving a problem a mechanic in Indiana still hadn't diagnosed over 6 months and 3 separate appointments. I'm tempted to drive the 3 hours here every time I need a mechanic! Friendly and congenial people.

I brought my mom’s 2003 car in for some work, and these guys were great. She’s really sentimental about this car, so I appreciated how respectful and careful they were with it. Everyone was polite, easy to talk to, and just plain solid to work with. The work they did was top-notch, and you can tell they actually care about doing things right. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both skilled and genuinely kind, but that’s exactly what we got here. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.

if you’re looking for an honest auto repair shop, this is the best in my opinion on the east side of Cincinnati. It is family run, and the owner is the lead mechanic and has worked on sophisticated imports all the way to my classic American car they will give you the straight scoop on what’s wrong with your car and even tell you you don’t need to fix anything. It was just a small adjustment.. very very happy with the shop.
