A total scam, don't come here. They clearly said it would cost 45 when I went for the repair, but after it was done, the crack in the glass got even bigger. When I spoke to their employees and the boss, they all had the same attitude: "We didn't charge you upfront, if we couldn't fix it, we wouldn't charge." I said, "If you had told me you couldn’t fix it, I wouldn't have gone ahead with it." The boss then said it wasn’t their responsibility, that they "tried." It’s completely absurd. They told me the only option was to replace the glass. I feel like they purposely made my glass worse so that I would just replace it with them, and now they're not taking any responsibility. Reply: If you had told me directly that you couldn't fix it, I definitely wouldn't have gone ahead with the repair. My car is not here for you to test whether you can fix it or not.

I had a great experience. I initially called for a quote and availability. They said to go ahead and bring it in. When I arrived, the gentleman was very friendly and said he would get started on it. The wait time was about 1.15 hrs. Before I left the gentleman who replaced the window was very nice and friendly. I was a petite female and felt like it the pricing made sense. Be sure to take cash or have zelle Review update 2 days post replacement After taking my vehicle to the car wash the windshield that was replaced was scratched easily. The quality of the windshield is not good. I called and left message and the call was never returned.

I requested to get 2006 GMC Yukon xl back windshield replaced, and Mark was a very friendly and his prices were really good compared to others I called. Great job. I would give them 5 Stars but there's a few reasons I didn't. They want cash, probably because taxes, therfore I hope they give a bigger discount and it seems like the price is good. I didn't bother shopping around for a lower cost. Service was pretty fast. Work was good but they left some broken glass inbetween my door and it could be heard rattling around when I close my door. Called to get location and was told they were in Walnut. Well no s***. I was nearby and couldn't find the place. A little more direction would've been nice, like behind Chevron. Otherwise Mark seems like a cool guy and may have been busy when I called. I'd still recommend this place to anyone I know when needed and that's saying something. Although everything wasn't perfect it was still good and I appreciate the low price if it was low. Like I said, I didn't shop around. I was just in a hurry to find a place and I looked at the previous reviews of this place. P.S. They even cleaned up the shattered glass in the back of my truck, that was a plus. Just wish they got all the glass from the doors.

I came here because my driver side window was misaligned. Turns out I needed a new window regulator cause the one I had somehow bent. Once I got the part, he installed it SO FAST. I also needed a new window because the one I had broke at the base. Mike ordered one, it arrived in 30 mins, and BAM. Everything was done as if I ordered a package on priority. 10/10

My windshield had a tiny little chip. I kept telling myself, I needed to address it before it got worse, then life got in the way. Pulling into parking lot this morning it reminded me by turning into a big crack as I watched. I got on Yelp to request some quotes, while I read and compared reviews. The quote I got from Mark at Professional Auto Glass was the one of the best, and was supported by the best reviews. I setup an appointment for noon at my residence. The guys showed up around 11:30 and were done, and leaving before noon. The job was completed ahead of schedule, at the quoted price, with a windshield that looks like the stock one, a lifetime warranty on workmanship and zero drama. The installers were great, as was Mark on the phone. Professional is more than the business name, these guys live it. Thanks!

Over a year ago I had a small chip on my windshield. While waiting for my wife's car being serviced, I noticed the glass repair shop. The owner has been in business 20+ years, since he was in highschool! I had my car serviced by him the next day. Totally satisfied! Guess what!? I noticed another tiny chip today. Plan to see him tomorrow and get it fixed.
