NOT a happy customer...Someone hit my vehicle on their lot,nobody there bothered to call or text to notify me,nor take responsibility for the damages..not even a police report was filed...check your vehicle before leaving their property for any damages,..Check your milage before and after...IF you take your vehicle here...ESPECIALLY if its a classic car!..NOT very honest business. Feel free to messege me any of your bad experiences.... And definitely NOT A _BBB_ ACCREDITED BUSINESS 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I could not recomment a better place to take any car. I used to take my cars to Bert and Rudy's at the Mobil station on Sheridan when Scott was there, and followed him without hesitation when the station closed and Scott moved to his new location and opened his business with his wife and son. Since then, the service has only gotten better. I like to keep my cars as long as i can, and Scott always makes sure he gets the best prices for what is needed. He always has your budget in mind, and delivers top work. He never pushes for unnecessary work. Everyone in the family is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help. Last week, my son needed several things on the used Corolla he bought, and he was moving up North, and Scott and family took his car and did everything on top of their regularly scheduled work, finishing an hour after closing to help us out. They just don't do this kind of service anymore! Thank you!

I have gone to them since they were at Bert and Rudy's and can't say enough positive things. A couple of weeks ago I dropped my truck off to have a brake line replaced and the remainder inspected, I was told that the rear ones needed to be replaced, which I expected. Colton did this and had taken photos to show the work done. I think he was bragging because they turned out great, hand bent and coated with fluid film so they may last another 18 years. Nice job! That being said, my 18 year old Tacoma developed a new problem since. Do you offer a subscription service for repairs:)
