Good experience. Picked up an amplifier for my bmw because the old one got wet. They communicated with me so that i could pick it up during my lunch break, and the product works perfectly. I was even able to test the product before use to make sure it’s going to fix my problem. Not much more to say - OEM parts for a fair price locally.

Found a part I needed via a listing, posted on a salvage database. Checked out their website/socials and contacted these folks via text as their Instagram account suggested. I received a one word response of "sold" within a few minutes. I followed up with asking if they happened to have other vehicles/parts available from this specific model and received no response. Poor customer service, attitude and inventory management (having parts listed/posted for sale but rather sold.) - 1/5 ⭐️'s

Got a engine that was purchased from these guys I was charged thousands of dollars to have installed in my car to find out the engine has a insane knock and needs to be completely rebuilt even if I get money back from engine or replacement I don’t get my money back for the labor that was done on car horrible experience don’t recommend buying any engines from these people they will tell you it’s ready to put in car an whole time engine needs bunch of work bunch of codes thrown at me worst possible case ever that can happen when getting a engine

Found they add on market place for car parts, texted to ask if they have part i need. The guy said yes that they have it and i can pick it up. Drove 1:30h to pick it up, waited until that guy showed up, he said wait few minutes someone will bring the part. After 30 minutes one of they guys comes saying that he doesn’t have that part, but they should have it at they other location shop, drove another 20min to next location and they also didn’t have it. Wasted over 4hr for absolutely no reason

Nothing but professionalism over here. I call them the BMW masterminds. Amazing staff and amazing work of course. If you or anyone you know owns a BMW I’d definitely recommend them to come over here. They even sell Genuine BMW parts if you’re just looking to buy parts. Their shop is always busy dilute to their work being above and beyond. Overall I give it 10/10.
