Norm and his team took good care of me. When I had issues, they had me bring back my car to make sure it was done right and that I was a satisfied customer. Very happy that I can take my cars to a trustworthy place that fixes the issues even with trial and error. Thanks again!

I wanted to give a big thanks to Norm and the guys at Pueblo Imports for taking care of my wife's care. We live in Texas and she is visiting my daughter in Colorado and had car issues. They took great care of her and got her back on the road. A lot of places would try to take advantage of the situation but they did not, they did the repair at a great price. Couldn't be happier! Great place!

EXCELLENT SERVICE TO STRANDED TRAVELERS!!! Our Lexus overheated while driving on a remote stretch of I-25 on our way to Colorado. The problem turned out to be a radiator failure. We were able to limp along for about 3 hours to Walsenburg, CO and leave our vehicle outside of an auto repair shop. Being Saturday, the shop was closed and would not be open until Monday morning. On Monday, the Walsenburg folks were not sure that they could even diagnose the problem until Tuesday or even find the replacement radiator. They recommended Pueblo Imports to us. Consequently, we had the car towed to Pueblo Imports where it arrived about noon on Monday. We had already called Norm, the Service Manager at Pueblo Imports, to tell him what was going on and let him know that we were headed that way. He let us know that all his work space was committed with "local" customers but that they tried to make reasonable accomodations for stranded travelers. Long story short, they had to source the specific replacement radiator from Texas, had it sent overnight, completed the work on Tuesday, and had us rolling by about 3 PM. Norm was knowledgeable, understanding, straightforward in our conversations, stayed in contact with us appropriately during the repair, and even recommended things to do and places to eat during our stay in Pueblo. If you do not take anything from this review, remember these 2 recommendations - 1. Do not have a car break down in a remote place in southern Colorado on the weekend, 2. but if you do, get to Pueblo Imports ASAP.

Do not take your car to this establishment. This is a bad auto, mechanic. They know nothing about Audi's. They're youtubing it at best. I urge you and encourage you all. Do not take your vehicle to this establishment. They charged me over $7000 for a problem that did not exist. After I went to 2 other mechanics to prove their work. Not recommended

I can't recommend Pueblo Imports enough! My wife and I were traveling in a BMW X3 when we received a "low oil pressure" warning and had to pull over on I-25 S. Luckily we found Pueblo Imports and within 24 hours they were able to fix the issue and inform us that the BMW stock oil filters commonly cause the warning that we received. I HIGHLY doubt a BMW dealership would have been this truthful, affordable, and quick. Norm and his staff are knowledgeable, fair, and down to earth. I wish Pueblo Imports were in our hometown so we could go back whenever we needed. This is an independent shop that you can feel confident with - do not pass them up!

My daughter is on an extended road trip and the fuel pumps in her Mercedes E320 quit working & left her stranded in Pueblo. I called Norm with Pueblo Imports and he agreed to prioritize servicing her car. We had it towed to his shop within an hour of the problem occurring, and the following day Norm had her car repaired, new fuel pumps installed, and she was able to continue with her journey. Superb service at a reasonable price!

WARNING ⛔️ Everything that I have had done on my car here has not been done correctly. (view previous reviews) Had my Serpentine belt and the tensioner replaced and the belt is now frayed on the edge (1 year and 1 month ago ). I called Volvo and they stated if they were Volvo parts that they would be under warranty for 2 years. Volvo stated that they don’t sell part to third parties shops. A serpentine belt should last at least 60,000 miles to 100,000. What a scam! Update: Took my car to a certified Volvo shop in Denver. Fixed serpentine, pulley , tensioners. Has a life time warranty. People don’t let these crooks work on your high end cars. They don’t know what they are doing, use after market parts, charge the same amount. Then you have to go pay someone actually experienced to fix what they do because they only warranty anything for 1 year. You should not trust their alignments done but the guy across the street either. You should see how they couldn’t get my struts tightened down as well and broke things while doing so. (See previous review). I don’t understand how they are still open… I paid less at Volvo then at this fake establishments..To your undereducated staff maybe the attached video might help the understanding of why this occured. It appears the pulley and or tensioner was installed improperly. 11/5/2024 One year and 6 months later the struts are leaking and your one year warranty does not cover parts that should be lasting a lot longer. Volvo guarantees there parts 2 year warranty so who ever you are getting your parts from are trash.

Crooks - $834 for an oil change & tune-up on 2014 Cayenne? The next day, I drove to Missouri, while leaking oil. Took it to a shop to ensure motor wasn't blown. I was told spark plugs were NOT replaced, only oil filter. And the leak was coming from the screw that drains oil pan. It was NOT tightened. I have called several times to discuss, but no answer and mail box is full, therefore, unable to leave a message. Since Pueblo Imports worked on my Cayenne, the Check Engine light has been on. Very disappointed.

When I purchased my Cayenne, I was new to Pueblo and had only lived here two years, no family, only my daughter and me. My drive shaft went out. I was able to drive my car to Import Motors. It was closed, but a young man there looked at the car, told me what was wrong, and told me to come back when they opened. I had the drive shaft fixed and returned to have other things done. I was very disappointed because I sat there in the lobby nothing was said to me; they did not initiate a conversation. Once a woman of another color walked in, I could not believe how their entire demeanor changed. I was devastated. I called Norm once I returned home and told him how I felt. Once I informed that company of the disrespectful manner I was treated, they refused my debit payment, had to take Uber to the bank to get an official check for payment, refused to fix my brakes, told me to get my money's worth out of them first they were bad I had to go to the Springs to have them repaired and was told they were dangerously bad. I called about the problem I was having with the other repair they had done did not answer my calls until the warranties had expired. When you do not fit the color or economic status, they are cruel and disrespectful with no integrity. They know they are needed; therefore, they can get away with disrespecting people, especially those who do not fit the profile.

Pueblo Imports helped me and fixed my car when I was in a tough situation. They fit me in quickly and installed a new oil pan on my car when I was traveling in Colorado. I drove my car back to the east coast with no problems. I would definitely recommend Pueblo Imports!

Quoted $4k for a new turbo, oil feed line, and return line after I rebuilt my turbo with my own hands. I replaced the feed line with a new one from Europe, replaced turbo cartridge, and cleaned VNT vanes. I took my car in because of limp mode and was expecting a proper diagnostic, not a visual inspection. I was quoted for something that I repaired myself! I did not tighten the feed line enough at first and so everything is soaked in oil. I managed to tighten the feed line and it does not leak. It's evident that a proper diagnostic wasn't made after speaking with both Norman which told me "turbo is not boosting", and the tech next to him that clearly said that the "turbo is overboosting". They cannot get their story straight... After talking to Norman and getting all the info I needed to discredit their work, I was still charged $180 for a lazy diagnostic which was really just a visual inspection. I don't want an apology, I want my money back! Edit: 8/19/24 Turns out it was just 2 year old diesel and a dirty MAF sensor... stay away from this mickey mouse establishment. 🐭 💰 👎

Brought my wife's mini cooper in to the import shop for a minor issue, they accommodated me at 3pm, fixing the problem for a great price. I don't always have problems with the mini, but if I do it will be brought here.

Having taken my cars there multiple times with satisfaction, 1 year ago I dropped off my 2003 MB 320CLK. They had worked on it before. Told me it should be taken care of in a few weeks. Over the next 12 months(!!!) I and my wife both called and stopped by many times and were repeatedly and impatiently told waiting on parts. They were particularly rude over the phone and dismissive in person to both of us. Finally fed the hell up, I went in 1 last time. The man I spoke to was snarky as hell. Told me the parts needed are unavailable and when I asked my options he suggested savaging it (which we have since done). I replied I wished I'd been told thst sooner, you've had this car a year. He replies, yeah ( very snarkily) that if we got rid of it soon he wouldn't charge us for it sitting there. It took everything not to remind him how they hadnt once bothered to reach out to us and were never helpful, never mind polite when I stopped by and/or called. Dont know what happened to them, I first used them 15 years ago and they were great then. Today? STAY AWAY from them.

I was traveling from Denver to New Mexico when my check engine light turned on and my vehicle was not running correctly. I was near Pueblo and found Pueblo Imports. They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle fixed it, and had me back on the road home in no time. I wish I knew the names of the gentleman in front and the mechanic so that I could personally thank them. They were respectful and kind and it helped relieve the stressful situation.

I brought my Volvo here four or five times this past summer after just buying it, a 2016 with 100k miles. Obviously expected a few repairs. The engine light turned on right after buying it and the dealer sent me here. First repair was fine. Second repair (I went back a few times for diagnostic all for the same engine light) the light turned on yet again after the repair and driving 30 miles. I decided to take the car to Volvo themselves after reading reviews of this shop. Turns out my second repair wasn’t completed. They left it unfinished (not sure of the details) and the engine light would of course come back on with the way it was left. It cost me an additional 400 dollars for a repair I already paid for. Mine you I had brought it back to Pueblo imports and when they told me it was a separate issue I decided to go to Volvo. You’d think they’d see their error. I read a few reviews of people having this same type of issue with incomplete work being done. I will never return here.

We sent our mini to Pueblo Imports because of a footwell issue. Norm has been great in resolving this issue and keeping us up to date about the status. I thought it was a program and pickup type deal and it was a lot more complex than that. Very happy with the services he’s provided! Highly recommend

DO NOT TAKE YOUT CAR HERE!!!! BY FAR THE WORSE CAR EXPERIENCE TO DATE! They were suppose to find an engine for my car and suppose to call us when located with estimate. Never received! Only to tell us we can hold it until able when they found it of course we were able to make arrangements at the time for family emergency and told us we could let the vehicle be held there until able. To only attempt to get our vehicle back to find it - missing keys, stripe down I mean all kinds of parts missing and then for 4 DAYS no one could tell us where the vehicle was. Just told us we had to wait for a letter and then owner was like no we know where it is. I was able to find someone during this some to repair just yo tell me today my car had be scrap for parts while in there possession. I have pictures of these idiots even left tools and knifes in the vehicle.

Took 2013 Passat SEL to these guys. I went in for a new heater core. They got it done in a single morning, very fast and didn't stain my white interior! There was an issue regarding heat on one side after the repair which they quickly fixed, as it was their fault. Would highly recommend this shop for my fellow VW folks. However, I'm not too pleased that their building painter got overspray all over my car. But the shop is reimbursing me for a detail, so no harm no foul on that.

I am a fairly decent DIY guy, but I was stumped on a no boost and fuse popping condition on my VW. It took them a while to chase down the problem, but they figured it out and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place if you have an older Euro car that is acting up, and you don't want to throw all the parts at it and spend a small fortune to maybe solve the problem. Great shop. I actually live in Kansas, but if I run into trouble with the car again Pueblo Imports will be my go to from now on.
